Worst moving experience we've ever had. They manhandled all of our boxes and some of them were…read moredamaged. I'm convinced they dropped our washing machine which is now completely dented in the front. It was raining and some of our boxes were soaked and the contents damaged. They destroyed a vintage dresser from the 70s which had survived several moves prior. Thank goodness we moved our computers, jewelry, and other valuables ourselves; I wouldn't trust them with anything of value. Very disappointed. Do not use if you care about your belongings.

I had purchased a lot of boxes to pack myself and I discussed with Kasey, the move coordinator, if Men on the Move could use my boxes, she indicated that would be OK. This dates of my move were critical as I was closing on my house within two days of the scheduled move. On the day of the move, Jason - the job foreman, had his crew busy packing and loading. I asked him about using my boxes and he blew up with a violent, yelling reaction of accusing me of trying to steal from him personally and his company. He then threatened me with walking off the job if I brought up the issue of using my boxes again. I called Kasey and left a message that there "seems to be a communication issue" and would she call me. She called Jason to understand what was happening. Jason then instructed his crew to unload the truck and leave. He then told me he had the authority to leave the job and strand me and said "good luck" getting moved. Men on the Move eventually called back, apologizing for him leaving and asked if they could continue the move. I agreed. However, between Jason leaving me stranded and a house closing in two days, I had to make an emergency arrangement with another company with a non-refundable deposit of over $8000. The move with Men on the Move continued smoothly with a new crew. The new crew all apologized to me for what Jason had done and said this was what Jason has done more than once to other customers. My realtor approached Tiffany, the office manager about what had happened to me. He told me Tiffany took full responsibility for what happened, that Men on the Move was at fault, she was sorry, but did not offer to do anything about what it had cost me. If you choose to uses Men on the Move I can only tell you that if Jason is your job foreman, beware. He came across as a very volatile, petulant child that can threaten you and your move.

For a number of years I have had things stored in a Climate Controlled space at Highway 69 Storage. The only reason I've stopped is that it was finally time to go through it all and do whatever needed to be done with it. Highway 69 has always been excellent. The storage facilities are really clean and very secure. Everyone in the office has always been very nice and helpful. On the few occasions I needed something (like a light bulb being burnt out) they were always on top of things and fixed it immediately while I was there. When I finally came time for me to move out, my husband had been ill. I could not manage the very last thing by myself. The owner came down to help me, and then got his wife to help too. On top of that, I had totally forgotten that I had ever made a deposit. Today I received a letter showing that the deposit I made many years ago had been credited back to my credit card. I would have never known it if they'd just kept it. Obviously, they are also completely honest. If I ever need a storage facility again, this will be the only place I'd go. read more

I read it there smallest storage unit it started at $44 and ended up at $60 within 3 years. I paid consistently on time and had no issues during my 3-year use. That all changed when I decided to move out of the unit at the end of April 2023. I took myself off auto pay and also talked to one of their associates on May 6th to let them know that for sure I was gone. Well evidently their line was they have no people over there to look and it's all done remote. That's not my problem but since I didn't send a picture of a clean little 5x10 unit within a month they had decided I owed them $277. They are blood suckers they keep track of the fine print because these guys want every single penny they can get out of you. So instead of thanking me for being a great customer for 3 years and passing on the word I want to pass on the word to never use renegade storage part of copper management as far as I understand. I promise you when you get ready to leave you'll be very unhappy. Oh also said it was climate controlled and that was just a flat lie and someone had already come to my storage unit and realize I was gone at the end of April I still had to pay for May just cuz I raised. so much Cain. Don't use these guys.,

Since I was out of state, and pushed into a quick real estate transaction, This was impossible. Thankfully, Donna at In Town Storage was great. She told me what was available, took my reservation and my payment, and sent me instructions on how to access my unit. My only negative might be that I wish they kept the temperature a little higher in winter. It's still Cold in those units!

I saw the Panther Storage facility on Georgia Road in Franklin and decided to check it out. Lynn spent her time with us, detailing size of units and prices for each. We selected the unit we wanted, Lynn finished the paperwork quickly, gave us keys and we were soon moving our "stuff" in. We love the fact the units are new, or like new, and the quoted dollar amounts were quite reasonable. We have not had any issues with the unit and highly recommend Panther Storage to anyone needing storage in the Franklin area of North Carolina. They have two facilities, one on Georgia Road and one on Cunningham Rd so I'm sure folks will find the locations convenient!
