I was told that if I brought my vehicle, I should expect a 90-minute wait... no problem I thought. As I arrived 10 minutes or so later, I was surprised by the not so looking Tire-Rama location. My first thought was that the store had moved because the building I was looking at (from the north side) looked like a rundown mechanic shop. In any case, proceeded inside to get that oil change going. The lobby was full and the one person at the counter was on the phone. I left after the 15-minute wait made me realized that I was not even going to be greeted or for that matter, acknowledged!! I get it Jeff (guy at the counter), you were busy taking care of the guy from Darby who needed two new tires. I must suggest though Jeff, that you should have taken a moment between finishing your conversation with the Darby customer and the other two phone calls you made to order the tires from the Missoula store, but most importantly before (this is key), leaving the counter with the work order to so urgently take back to the shop; to just let me and other customers (that had already been waiting for you to finish before I even got to the counter), that you will be right with us. Not only customer service Jeff, but common sense! I heard that this location is getting new management. Good luck to the new manager! Retraining will be key! In the meantime, I will continue driving the 18 miles to the Stevensville location where Justin and his crew (previously Jon A. & crew) continue to WOW customers with basic customer service!

I had to pay $270 to get a new oil pan. Stay away from these incompetent crooks. I was having throttle shaft problems (putting the cam and cable assembly together) I went to Cass and that young man took time to put it together for me. They also lubed up some lube points on the bike. The price was quite reasonable. The shop is right downtown so you can wander off and not be in their hair. I'd give zero stars if I could. They charged me $165 to diagnose a couple issues with my truck…read more Long story short. I put the truck on own lift and busted them in several lies. They were going to charge me $3305 for repairs, most of which I absolutely did not need. I went back in with photos and invited anybody who wanted to see for themselves to come to my shop where the truck was still on the lift. They all declined my invitation. Dave Heckeroth, the shop manager couldn't refund my $165 quick enough. He got me out of there as fast as he could and wouldn't even discuss it with me. No apology, no explanation, just walked me to the front desk, instructed the young lady to refund my money and quickly scurried back to the shop. How many people have they ripped off? I wish everybody had their own shop with a lift. Most folks are totally at their dealership's mercy. It's criminal and pathetic! I should call the police.
