I never really wanted to settle this case and it was always was about bringing the accused to justice yet now the rich and powerful skate, but in my opinion for Sherris it was about collecting on their fees when they didn't think they could win. We were awarded 100,000 in the settlement Sherris LEGAL took 60k +/-. My advice is never agree for a lawyer to take a net settlement always agree to a gross split so that means that the cost of the case come off first then you split the rest number two never agreed to any settlement until you know what your net is to you after all fees and cost number three don't hire Sherris law farm.
