I looked at my credit card bill today and the price increased over last month with no notice. When I called to cancel, I was told you have to email the member email and wait a month. If you get charged again then you can come in one last time. WHAT? Looked at the website and there is NOTHING in their Terms and Conditions or anywhere on the site as to how to cancel. Called the corporate office in Jacksonville and was told again that email is the only way. There is only one person who handles the cancellations and he doesn't have her phone number. She calls him directly but he can't call her. This is the most ridiculous way to handle cancellations I have ever heard of. Great gatekeeping.

She ended up trying to take the already applied wax off gently to see if she could still do the triangle. It ended up being super small to the point I should have just told her to take it all off.. she was very apologetic but it just isn't a good feeling when going to a new place and already feeling uneasy. I also had to adjust to them not leaving the room so that you can get undressed.. overall not sure I'll go back.

The threading didn't hurt like other places, and she was so precise. For $25, it truly can't be beat. I even told her she should charge more, but she explained how she tries to stay mindful of her clients and the cost of living. That alone says so much about her character. I had booked tinting too, thinking I needed it, but she was honest and told me I didn't. That level of integrity is rare. I walked out so satisfied with my brows, and I'll definitely be coming back.

She was so so nice and really made me feel heard and was just a pleasant person to talk to. While I don't love the length of my hair at the moment, she did everything she could to make me feel much better about the haircut. She was very meticulous and considerate. She even offered to comp my next haircut with her. I look forward to seeing her!

This was my first time here as I had purchased a Groupon for a gel manicure and my nails looked great as I walked out of the salon but two days later they were chipped all over. Whenever I have gotten a gel manicure in the past, the manicure lasts 3-4 weeks with at least 2 weeks without chipping (not 2 days....). This was extremely disappointing as I had gotten them done right before heading out of town for a wedding.
