I'm currently pregnant and specifically sought out chiropractic care because I really value having that support throughout my pregnancy. I've also been receiving chiropractic care for about 10 years and have seen 6-7 different chiropractors, and I've never experienced a process quite like this. My first appointment was $57, which I was told was discounted from their normal $130 initial appointment. What surprised me was that the initial appointment wasn't even with the chiropractor. It was about 30 minutes with a chiropractic assistant and consisted of going over my paperwork, taking posture images, doing the INSiGHT CLA scans along my back, including the thermal scan, and doing the finger/HRV test. That was basically the entire appointment. I never saw the chiropractor and received no adjustment or treatment. I understand every office does things differently, but I honestly didn't feel like that appointment was worth the $57 I paid, let alone $130. In the 10 years I've been going to chiropractors, I've never had an initial appointment where I didn't even see the chiropractor or receive an adjustment. I came back for my second appointment expecting to finally start care. I was presented with a six-month plan totaling $2,280: 33 chiropractic visits at $60 each, plus three required progress exams at $100 each. I want to be clear, I was willing to commit to the chiropractic visits. My issue was being required to pay an additional $300 for three more progress exams/scans. I asked if I could simply purchase the package of visits without them, and I was told no because that's just not how their office works. I asked several times why these scans were necessary and what they were actually going to tell the doctor that made them necessary to repeat three more times. The answer I kept getting was essentially that she "doesn't want to guess about my health." That didn't really answer my question or explain why I needed to spend another $300 on them. I even explained that I wasn't saying I would never do another scan. I wanted to actually receive care first, build trust with the chiropractor, see how I felt, and then potentially decide to do them later. I thought that was a pretty reasonable compromise, especially since I was willing to commit to all of the visits. But there was absolutely no willingness to work with me on it. To be fair, they did tell me I could pay around $75 per visit instead of doing the package. But at that point, it wasn't really about the difference in price anymore. The entire interaction had changed how I felt about receiving care there. I'm pregnant. I came in genuinely wanting to find a chiropractor I could see consistently throughout my pregnancy, and I was ready to commit to doing that. I wanted to feel like there was some interest in building trust with me and figuring out a care plan I was comfortable with. Instead, it felt like the priority was getting me committed to their predetermined plan, whether I paid upfront or monthly, rather than actually working with me to provide the care I was asking for. That was ultimately what made me walk away. After two appointments, $57 spent, and still never receiving a single adjustment, I decided this wasn't a practice I felt comfortable continuing with. I completely understand that an office can structure its services however it wants. But I also think patients should be able to question why something is necessary, especially when they're being asked to commit to more than $2,000 in care. I really think this experience could have gone completely differently if there had been even a little willingness to work with me and earn my trust. Unfortunately, I left feeling like I was being sold a program rather than cared for as an individual patient.

I told him stop my boyfriend can unhook my bra and he stepped back. After that he proceeded to be handsy around my hips and butt. At the end he stuck me in the massage chair for the rest of my treatment. My boyfriend and I left in a rush because I felt very uncomfortable and I forgot my phone at the clinic under the massage table. I called the clinic to ask them if they see my phone there under the massage table to which he told me "no it's not here but you are more than welcome to come back here alone to look for it" why do you want me to come back alone? I told him I'm sure it's there can you grab it and he insisted it wasn't there. I came back and ran in there grabbed it from under the massage, which was in plain sight, and left before he noticed I came back. He's weird and I have not been back since then.
