First visit I was left in the exam room for an hour after a nurse left to "check something" and didn't come back. I stuck my head out in the hall and was rudely told to remain in the exam room by a passing doctor, I couldn't be in the hall. Getting very frustrated by now I used my cell phone to call the front desk. An angry receptionist told me I shouldn't be calling the desk, and said she would send a nurse to see me. The nurse finally came and didn't remember what she was supposed to do for me, so by then I just left, having forgotten myself. Avoid this practice if possible.
