The Hill was so good on my previous solo visit on Tuesday , I decided to bring my coworker for lunch. They had some great specials including one that Eric enjoyed. He ordered the cheeseburger quesadilla lunch with onion pedals. I ordered the Turkey Cuban sammich with fries and I decided to try their soup of the day, black bean soup. Great meal! Brittany took good care of us. This was an appreciate lunch for Eric after his first month with the company. He had not been to the Hill so I think I helped him find his new favorite place on Mint Hill! It's always relaxed with nice people. Great small town restaurant/bar with good food and friendly staff. Was my first time here and was immediately greeted by smiling faces. I ordered the royal BLT with onion petals as my side. It was delish, but definitely could stand to have more bacon to balance out all the toppings but in any case I enjoyed it very much. Sweet tea was sweetened just right. Not bland and not too sugary. We make no secret about it - The Hill Bar & Grill is our favorite place in Mint Hill NC. We've been going there for years and have always found the Staff, food and drinks to be excellent. We were recently back in Mint Hill for our high school reunion. Walking in the door we were met with such warm greetings that we felt honored. We had not been there in 4 years but it felt like yesterday. We did discover some changes had been made! The menu has expanded and the bourbon selection has been greatly improved. As true bourbon lovers, we were thrilled with the new options. And please understand - this is a restaurant with great food and drinks but they do not allow over indulgence. As always, Brittany, Courtney, Dave and the entire Staff provided great food, drinks and smiles during our visits. And they still have the most amazing fried pickles we've ever found! When in Mint Hill or traveling through Charlotte, please give The Hill a try. They frequently have specials and we think it's just an overall great place. This is such a good neighborhood bar located in downtown Mint Hill. The environment is a quaint pub with a friendly vibe. Everyone is so nice and makes you feel at home, especially if you sit at the bar. Wing night is Tuesday and Thursday and their wings are delicious! I love the homemade chicken salad and tuna salad. I went in today to grab lunch after calling it in. When I got there, the bartender told me that they had accidentally forgotten to send back the ticket to the kitchen so it was gonna be another 10 minutes. Local businesses pay attention...THIS is how you do business. She offered me a free sweet tea had the kitchen rush the order and discounted the bill. I've had a similar experience at another local burger place recently, and they didn't do any of those things. Thank you the hill bar and Grill for being amazing as always! read more

This place is the cutest bar and grill right in the Heart of the 'Thrill! Theres a parking lot on the side and pretty quick access to 485. This place has a cozy, small town feel. All age group visit this quaint establishment. They have delicious sandwiches and a fully stocked bar . Their waitresses and bartenders are very friendly. Our first time here. We had the fries pickles, a Piggy burger with fries and a Philly Cheesesteak with sweet potato tots. Everything was GREAT! We came in around 3:30p on a Friday. It was nice & casual. There were several tables open and available. The staff was attentive to us and very friendly. One of the coolest bars we have ever experienced. We were in town for my nieces baptism and we went looking for the movie scene type experience of brothers/wives/mothers all sitting around a pub laughing and drinking. And we found it!!! Great drinks, affordable prices, amazing bartenders, and an incredible owner who also made us feel welcome. Came here for lunch while working across the street for the day. The service was great, our waitress was fast and friendly. The menu had lots of good sounding items and I ended up picking the french dip. Both the sandwich and the fries were delicious. My co-worker was also happy with the entree she ordered. I was out driving one day and drove right past this place and thought it would be fun to try. We ate here Sunday around noon. We were able to pick our own seats. Our server Jayden was super awesome. The place was about halfway filled with customers. It was a nice Sunday vibe. We started off with an order of fried pickles. YUMMY! I ordered the zucchini burger with sweet potato tots and my husband ordered the Cuban with pasta salad. The food was DELICIOUS. I have never had a zucchini burger before so I was very interested in trying it. It was beyond my expectations. My husband enjoyed his food as well! Our order came out pretty quickly. My food is ALWAYS good, and my favorite server Brittany ALWAYS makes sure I have a great dining experience. I also totally recommend the wings! They have a nice bar as well, and the interior is decorated in such a way as to encourage you to be comfortable and enjoy yourself. The owner really believes in customer service too, the one time I had an issue, he apologized, fixed the issue and comp'ed the entire meal for both my date and I, despite me telling him that it was not necessary. So The Hill has earned my patronage through a combination of great food, great staff, and a dedication to customer service. read more

The burgers were excellent! Juicy, well cooked and the bun sealed the deal! Soft and crispy at the same time and very flavorful- like a sweet taste. The side salad was big! Cheese fries were tasty and had a ton of cheese- throughout the fries, not just a small layer on the top.
