Having been through a past life regression before, I understood that PLR can be deeply impactful where the lessons learned continue to unfold well into the future. Given this, it's not typical to go through multiple sessions in the way other therapies are designed. Yvonne takes all of this into consideration when approaching PLR. She asks you to do pre-work in preparation for the session so that you're able to get the most out of it.
