The girl on the phone was extremely rude and short tempered, basically accused me of lying and said either keep Wednesday or cancel and didn't ever apologize or seem concerned about loss of business, time, etc. if you don't value my business, then you won't get my business. This is why phone etiquette is important, because my dog and I always enjoyed going here before this situation was handled so poorly. I'd rather pay more to be treated respectfully (not that they were inexpensive by any means).

I explained that it had been about a year since her last grooming and that she had just lost her husky brother -- this would be her first visit to the groomer without him. August was incredibly compassionate and made sure Sierra felt loved and cared for throughout the entire experience. He kept me updated during the day, which I really appreciated. I had my two kids with me during both drop-off and pick-up, and he was so patient and accommodating with all of us. Sierra looked like a brand-new dog when I picked her up. She's very loving with me and my daughter, but less so with other people. Morgan's first boarding stay she willingly went in, but during her visit nipped someone. The staff continued to work with her, to socialize with her, now they are able to bathe her and clip her nails. Yesterday, we had a birthday party at the house... Approx 15 adults and maybe 10 kids or so. Morgan did amazing! I was worried and kept her on a leash/harness for a bit, but she did just fine without it. I let her meet people as they game in, she followed Quinn's lead and mostly sat near me in-between people; but she let people come in and out without growling or barking, and accepted treats with paw shakes. I have always been worried about having ppl over -- The first couple times it went poorly enough that I have since avoided it -- so this was nothing short of amazing. I am thankful Audra's team did not give up on us and have helped us get to this point.

We get our dogs teeth cleaned every 6 months with a mobile pet dental company for $200. We originally got a quote for a dental cleaning at this clinic & they quoted us $2000 for ONE DOG. Are you kidding me? She started berating us for getting the dogs teeth cleaned somewhere else. And then she was just very unpleasant to deal with the remainder of the visit. We will continue with this clinic but we refuse to have this horrible person in charge of our beloved pets health & care.
