I originally rented a slide that was a double slide with palm…read moretrees,well so the picture on the facebook marketplace showed!The night before our event @ 10 PM Gabriela the person I paid my deposit to and had been contacting and messaging with all the way up to the day before let me know that the slide I had originally ordered "was out of service due to holes that were found on the balloon slide" She sent me a picture of a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BUSTED UP LOOKING SLIDE!The day of the event the balloon slide arrives and to our grand surprise there are HUGE holes at the top of the slide where the kids would come down,the velcro on the slide and to the pool area would not hold therefore the water would not go into the pool sector! Therefore letting all the water out in the yard creating havoc for all because the ground became mush Just Horrible! I reached out to of course GABRIELA AND BEHOLD NO REPLY TO THIS DAY!
