The delivery people were rude as well and didn't even have the decency enough to apologize for messing up our daughter's birthday party! Editing my review to debunk the owners lies and false claims. The delivery was supposed to arrive at 12 per my contract, and they arrived at 12:58. They were aware the party was at 1 and it was crucial for them to show up on time. I did not ask the owner to arrive before 12. I don't care about them arriving before 12, because I did not ask them to arrive before 12. I simply asked them to show up at time they were supposed to. It is true. I did not smile at the people who arrived to my daughter's party an hour later. They showed up, were rude and did not apologize for being late. I did not belittle them or name call. The humiliation claim is ridiculous. I was the only one humiliated having to set up my daughter's party 22 minutes after it started. What I said to them was "Thanks for ruining my daughter's birthday. You can't even apologize for it. I don't want to speak to y'all because I'm upset, so you need to address my husband". I think that response was totally justified. To accuse me of name-calling to justify being an hour late to my daughter's party is insane. They had a contract with me to arrive at 12, and did not fulfill that. They have not owned up to messing up and have not tried to fix it. This is extremely unprofessional! Therefore letting all the water out in the yard creating havoc for all because the ground became mush Just Horrible! I reached out to of course GABRIELA AND BEHOLD NO REPLY TO THIS DAY! Funny Bears Party Rentals prices were perfect for our budget whereas other companies were charging arms, legs and all kinds of unnecessary fees. Mauricio was super kind, professional, understanding and very helpful. He came within an hour to drop off the jumper and set it up perfectly with no hassle. I requested multiple quotes with different rental businesses in town, but Marquee Event Rentals had some of the best prices and they were very quick to respond. Mackenzie Smetzer was the person helping us through the process and she was very professional. They also gave us some flexibility with the pick-up and delivery dates, which I truly appreciate it! I am most definitely going to be using their services again for any future events and would highly recommend to any event planner out there.

I chose this establishment because of their initial price quote and the quality of the…read morerental furniture for my daughter's September wedding. Both were appealing. Makenzie was my point of contact. Initially she was difficult to contact after the deposit was paid. She became more responsive only when I asked my wedding coordinator to intervene. Primary reasons I would not recommend this company: 1. Cost discrepancies between the quote and the contracts (which required my signature) 2. Questions were not answered when discrepancies were identified on quotes and contracts. I had to inquire multiple times to get a response to my questions and the questions were never directly addressed. 3. Double charges for the same items: they were listed as one name under "tables/chairs" and called by a different name under "Labor and Fees". An explanation could not be given as to the reason for this dual cost. 4. Mathematical calculations did not match the original agreement and could not be explained; or blame of the miscalculations was placed on IT issue or declared a program error. 5. Mathematical calculations were inaccurate even when using their own numbers and an explanation of how they arrived at a specific cost could not be explained. 6. When finalizing the furniture count, some of the prices were changed, again the reason for discrepancy was placed on program error/IT issue. 7. It took 3- 10 days before I received a response to my inquiries; and that was with multiple follow-up emails/calls. To be fair, all the issues were resolved but it was because of my due diligence in closely reviewing the numbers and continuously following up and asking questions. I turned in my own calculations to the company using the original agreement of cost vs their "computer program" to be sure I was getting what I had agreed to. I do hope that this company is able to fix the IT/program issue. I also hope that plausible explanations can be provided when inquiries are made by the customers in a timely fashion. I hope staffing will receive training to improve customer service, as my experience with this company did not appear to be service or customer oriented. Abundant Blessings, MOB
