So tried on the phone to find out a schedule as to when someone would be there and of course no one has any answers. I get transferred around to a phone that rings 300 times and nobody answers. I will be taking my business to home Depot and see if I can get better service there. But, probably not.

Next trip I went in for a lawnmower but again no employees to be found so I went up to the registers and asked for someone but this time I only waited 5 minutes before leaving. I love Lowe's I just hate this location. Hire more employees so people can actually get what they want and all your current employees aren't stretched so thin!

The two gentlemen that assisted me with my purchase went above and beyond. They knew I was going to install them on my pier 250 miles away so they were very meticulous when rounding up all the parts needed.
