We called Tri-State Business…read moreEquipment and had a technician come do the maintenance and make the recommended repairs, which totaled almost $800. Our first attempt at making copies resulted in the machine miss-feeding on every other page. So they came back out and said they forgot to replace a part. They supposedly fixed it. After our second attempt, we're still miss-feeding and left with a black smear down the whole side of every copy. So, once again, they came out and wiped some stuff down and claimed it was due to the cheap toner we were using. Mind you, we never had an issue with this machine for over 130,000 copies, 4 years worth, until they serviced it. Now, after they claimed to have an issue with the toner and quoted us a price on "quality" toner, we can't get the machine to recognize the toners we use. Coincidence?
