I had such a strong cough that I was vomitting and couldn't get through my daily duties because the cough was so severe. The staff really listened to my issues and were so compassionate. I am truly grateful for the very skilled Nurse Practitioner-- a nice young lady, blonde hair-- forgot her name. She gave me just what I needed to heal and after just 24 hours I am a new person. She has insurance and good insurance. So we ended up at the E R at Hillcrest and they were great with her. No ID needed. Just patient care. Most 92 yr olds do not have any form of ID. I will not be going back to this location. That is terrible for our elderly.

She'll fill up fast though! I've met both husband and wife team, they will accept you for a quick 10 min appointment if you need it. Mrs. Patricia Wilcox likes to talk. A lot. Her appointments may take a while, so be prepared for a wait before she'll get to you. She is kind, open, and willing to discuss your intimated crude details of your appointment without judgment. The strange green puss coming out of your toe wound, that smells like cinnamon rolls? Yup, she'll talk about it. She is infact worth the wait. Mr. Wilcox is rude, he'll let you talk about your symptoms, and then write down the wrong ones, (which he's done more than once with me. If you ask they'll give you a print out.) he is eager to get to the next appointment so if you want something prescribed without necessity, see him. My experience with him is poor at best. You'll feel stone walled and ignored in your own appointment. Recently they've hired a very young looking new doctor, she is helpful, listens to your concerns, and is likely to write you off if she thinks it hypocondria. She'll push the idea of medication after you've stated you'd only take a holistic approach to your diagnosis, and then blather on about some "facts" she read on The internet (that I happened to read too, you're not special because you've got M.D. attached to your name kiddo) I would not recommend her. The Front desk staff (without falter!) is very nice and amazingly helpful, they've been through the ringer with my insurance being such a pain in the ass, and they've stayed very patient.

I am literally sore from head to foot. I have not had pain medication in over 5 years and they left me to suffer. I'm still suffering. They just sit around talking to each other and it's all women who allows suffering and ignoring patients. I will never go back there again, and I've been several times in the past.
