I am here at the urgent care at 3pm 8/26 and the lady at the front told a patient that the visit would cost her $280 and that she would need to go to the ER. She never told her about the option to sign up for the Next Care plan that would make her visit only $110. A second girl came in and she told her the exact same thing. I used to be an employee here and that's the only reason I knew about it. When I came in a few months ago, she didn't offer it to me either, I had to ask. Came in for a Worker's Comp claim for an ankle injury. I was wearing compression socks and my ankle was swollen to the size of a softbal. The doctor didn't bother to even have me take my sock off and look at my ankle. Rolled it around said it wasn't broken only sprained gave me a brace to wear and sent me back to work with no restrictions other than no climbing on ladders. read more

Brought my son in for a finger injury on 5/18/24. Receptionist served us quickly and was polite. However, after waiting for almost 2 hours and seeing no one that had been called, come back out, I asked for a refund. A patient that did come out while we were leaving said the Dr. had been very rude to her. We also learned that the Dr. had been giving an interview and closed up in his office for 30 minutes while the waiting room was full of people. We will never go here again. read more

Do Not Go Here! They turn away people like it's nothing. While waiting I saw 4 different people not including myself turned away after waiting 30+ minutes. They say they take insurance, then after you wait they will try to charge you a flat fee. They also do not keep track of who got signed in first, so you will end up skipped. I went to this urgent care after an accidental eye injury. I was told that I could not be seen without an appointment. I'm not sure how they expect you to make an appointment for an unexpected injury. There was only one person in the waiting area, so I find it hard to believe that there were so many cases to handle that I couldn't be worked in. I would have been willing to wait, but this wasn't even offered. I ended up going to the urgent care across the street (Ascension Providence Urgent Care). Was seen with no problem and received excellent service. Would highly recommend you go there instead. read more

If I could have gone to my primary care physician for a COVID test, I would have. I scheduled online. The appointment was rescheduled for the next day. I show up for my appointment for the next day, I had to wait an hour with a mild fever and a headache for my scheduled appointment at 2:00. I went to the front desk after 24 minutes to remind them of my appointment and they told me it was a busy day, which I can understand with COVID on the rise they have a lot of people showing up for testing but I think some people are using Urgent Care instead of going to their primary care physician or the emergency room. I also believe whoever is their scheduler is overbooking the clinic. The person at the front desk was rude when I went up a second time to express that I had been there an hour and had been sitting there the whole time with 4 little children running, screaming, banging chairs and being unmanaged by their mother who sat the whole time on her phone. This comment was made to the receptionist only to express my urgency to be seen. My head was pounding. An hour of listening to screaming children running amok was trying my patience. Well, this irritated the mother who then tried to start a fight with me. My response was to ask her to get off her phone and manage her children. The receptionist told me to cut it out at which point I reminded her that I had only spoken to the mother about her children when she started yelling at me. I had to tell the nurse who gave me the COVID test that I had another appointment that I was going to be late for if I didn't leave soon. They did not find COVID so they took chest xrays and told me they would call me with results as I had to leave for my other appointment. I missed my other appointment and they didn't call me so I called their main number only to be on hold for a long time. I finally spoke to a person who told me she would call the clinic and ask them to call me and I told her they had already told me they would call and I wanted to speak to them because I was certain they would not call me back, which they did not. I had to go back up to the clinic to get the results of my chest xray and I mentioned to the woman at the front desk, it would be helpful if they put a sign up asking parents to keep their children from running and screaming in the clinic. The receptionist said "NO! We will NOT!" Which didn't make any sense since they had a sign up banning people from using their phones so it wouldn't bother the other patients. I'm sorry but screaming children banging chairs against the wall is a lot more distracting and irritating than someone talking on the phone, especially when you are feeling like crap. I've already put a call in to complaint and no one has returned my phone call. I had absolutely no problem with the doctor or the nurses. The receptionists are rude and whoever schedules their appointments are inept. read more

You get there and a nasty horrid woman tells you that the price is $305.00 and you can make a payment plan. This place is clean, prompt, and helpful. They are somewhat limited when it comes to what they can see you for, but as long as it's not life threatening, this place has got you. It could be on the pricier side, but the wait has never been long, everyone is friendly, and they get your prescriptions/diagnosis done quickly and accurately. read more

They suggested a more professional service like Baylor Medical in Waco. I spent a total of 6 minutes in their facility and still got billed $125.00 to be assured my temp was 96.7. IF YOU HAVE LITTLE ONES, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE for "urgent care". It's not urgent, even when scheduled online and filled out the paperwork ONLINE. They tell you they got it and will see you in a moment. Nope! Had my 11 year old test positive for Covid and my 19 month old had a high fever. Covid, flu and strep came back negative according to the NP. She then said it could be RSV and there is nothing for it, since he was under the age of 3. He was biting up and can feel his fever on top of his clothes. ( which I told the NP) she simply continues to say it may be RSV and since he was coughing and wheezing, she was going to send a prescription for a breathing machine. I rush to the pharmacy and NOTHING! They never sent it. I called, the pharmacist called and both times they give the run around. Now I have to take my baby to the ER. Mind you, the NP told me there was nothing to worry about and he was fine, just to give him fever reducer. The whole place from management to staff is a joke, they do not care. THIS IS NOT AN URGENT CARE! Do not go for yourself let alone for your little ones. There was no option for ZERO stars, because that is what they deserve! Never again! read more

I was told they were closed and not taking anymore patients even though they didn't close for 30 minutes. My daughter arrived at this clinic with her daughter, who is three. The child was diagnosed with R.S.V, an often deadly disease that is highly contagious. The clinic did not send her to a hospital, no respiratory treatments, but "sent some prescriptions to the pharmacy. Except the prescriptions never arrived. Horrible service, I went in with an injured knee and ankle, the dr. Examined my ankle and knee and said I needed x rays done he sent me to Providence hospital for that and told me to come back the next day, because they close at 8pm. I got the x rays done and came back to urgent care for results and treatment,the people there working had no idea who I was and that the Dr. I saw was not working that day,so I paid for office visit and x rays and was never treated for injuries, they said they would call me and never did. Place was clean, the people were nice and service was quick. I broke my ankle and in 30 minutes filled out all paperwork, was seen by doctor, took X-rays, was diagnosed, fitted for crutches and boot and out the door. The 3 ladies there were as nice as could be and doctor was friendly. There was an atmosphere that was not an up tight doctors office but comfortable relaxed place. RUN!!!!! If you are trying to get a DOT physical go someplace else they were trying to give me a 6 mo card just because I take high blood pressure medication. My blood pressure was normal on the day of the physical after showing them the law I got a 1 year. Only reason I gave 2 stars is the staff was very friendly the nurse sat down and explained what was going on. The lady at the desk was very friendly. I might go there if I was sick but will NEVER return for a DOT physical. read more
