I wanted to take the time to provide a review regarding the best service I received in a while. My Plumbing Service Technician, "Dwight Garner" was totally awesome!!! He was very knowledgeable and honest regarding the service I needed. I knew that I had several issues with my plumbing and hadn't addressed them to date. He was on the spot regarding long term solutions and they were reasonable. He suggested a product to use and I found the cost to be of decent value based on the amount and usage. He didn't have the product on hand but he made a call to another plumbing service technician, "Wayne Culver" and he was there within a short period of time. Wayne explained in very detail the instructions of the solution and provided recommendations on when to use it. In addition, the two of them provided additional recommendations regarding my hot water heater. As a single female it is great receiving advice from professionals that could potentially save me time and money in the long run. Although, I had no intentions on spending any money and I spent much more than anticipated it was worth it. Overall, this was a great service experience Dwight and Wayne were both professional and friendly. I truly felt like everything stated was truthful and not deceptive (which is how I usually feel when talking to technicians of any kind). Their knowledge and skills go a long way in terms of the service received. Thank you for hiring these guys. I will be requesting them next year when my next service is due. Steven, Ryan, and Thomas came out to my house today to repair a leak and work on some electrical issues. They were very professional, easy to talk to, and they were helpful with things beyond what I called them out to do (they weren't just trying to sell me stuff, they were offering cost effective solutions to current and future problems, and providing multiple options to choose from where possible). They explained everything in terms I understood, they patiently answered my questions and gave further explanation where needed, and they had several options for financing so I didn't have to pay a ton out of pocket. I do not like Yelp at all. I think their review recommendation software is complete garbage and their philosophy on consumer/business reviews is totally backwards, but I already left a Google review for Hiller from the last time they came out and saved the day, so I'm posting my review here only because I have no other option and they absolutely deserve a 5 star review. read more

Friends and neighbors: At lunchtime, I got a frantic call from my wife that every toilet, every tub and every faucet in the house was overflowing and water was every where. With the wife screaming, Kyle runs outside in his towel to shut the water off. I canceled patients and rushed home. I called Hiller Plumbing on the way home and they were able to send someone, Wesley, almost immediately. Long story short, septic tank is completely full and needs pumping. Wesley, did not leave until he was able to find someone to come pump it today! 10-15 calls. I want to HIGHLY recommend Hiller. I own 3 practices and constantly preach to my employees about customer service. Hiller has it. From the initial phone call, to the call letting me know the technician was on the way, to Wesley. Excellent service from start to finish! Joseph came out to fix my tankless hot water heater, and I couldn't be more pleased. He was kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did he get everything working again, but he also descaled the unit and walked me through exactly what he was doing in a way that made it easy to understand. He even got me signed up on a maintenance plan so I won't have to worry down the road. It's rare to find someone who takes the time to explain things and still gets the job done efficiently. These guys were fantastic. Had a pipe burst under our house in the crawl space at 5:30 on a Friday. Figured we were going to have to be out of the house all weekend at least. Hiller emergency service came out and made the repairs that evening. we got to take showers and sleep in our own beds that night. the price was more than fair. Less than I expected for a last second weekend emergency call. And Joseph - the service technician/plumber - was just a great guy. Kind and great at explaining everything. I cannot recommend the Hiller service of annual inspections any more than I do! If it wasn't for our annual electrical inspection, we could have had a catastrophic house fire!
