Highly recommend! Emmanuel identified and fixed an inappropriate fitting under my cooktop that had been leaking gas since the installation of my cooktop over a year ago. We were fortunate when we called on him Saturday morning to have him come out that day to assess and he was able to fix the line that broke in the wall for our washer that same day. I needed routine maintenance on my water heater tank. I wanted to get the sediments drained out of the tank, and have the anode rod replaced. I had not done this for 4 years, but it is supposed to be done every 1-2 years. So, I expected that there might be some corrosion. Since this was just routine maintenance, Emmanuel gave me an appointment 5 days from my call. When he arrived, he gave me an estimate. During the course of the repair, he noticed that one of the pipes at the top of the tank was leaking a little bit and there was some rust. This would have cost a little bit more to repair, but he stuck with his original estimate. He also didn't try to sell me anything. He's a lot of fun to talk to, and he explains what he's doing very well. He gave me some extra tips for keeping my sinks and drains clean, too. I noticed that he was also very careful when moving around my cars, to not scratch them. That's really important to me. It's great to deal with a small business owner who has honesty and integrity. I would not hesitate to call Emmanuel again for any of my plumbing needs. read more
