Went to local garage who stated they had no reason to even take the skid plate off and only put one clip and a screw back into the skid plate to hold it in place. Needless to say it was falling off again. Will never go back there! Train your young employees the proper way to do an oil change!!

Then the mechanic came out and told me I also needed another part for $200. I said fix it. Then the same mechanic came out and said I needed a 3rd part for another $300 and my bill was now close to $1k. Again I told them I needed my van fixed. I'm then told "their other dealership" in PA can fix Dodge vehicles. I left and told a friend about the quotes I was given. She told me to go to her garage, which is All Makes Express. I went to them and was told it was a hose that had become disconnected. They connected it for free and I'm a loyal customer ever since. These are the only mechanics who are honest in their assessment of your vehicle. I can't praise them high enough on the trust I have with them making repairs on my vehicle.

The manager was rude when I stated this. They completed the alignment of her vehicle. When she tried to drive it home the alignment was worse than before and she struggled to keep the vehicle on the road. They tried to do the alignment 3 times and it still isn't right. I would never take your vehicle here. 1) They tried to take advantage of a young female customer. 2) they couldn't complete the service they were paid for. The Toyota dealer in Jamestown couldn't see her or even try. I called TA and we took the car right over. The owner and staff were great to deal with. A couple hours and what turned out to be a fairly low key fix and she was on her way. Cost was reasonable. People were very nice. We were very happy with the service and very happy that we didn't get taken advantage of as out of town distance travelers.
