Left stumps unfinished, and yard mess. Had additional work to get done, and they did not show up on they day they set up appointment and there was no call or communication to give us heads up. Good luck to have them honor appointments they set up, or answer your calls once they have left and you have paid them. Don't pay until you inspect very carefully what they have done and approve it. Expect nothing in terms of them fixing all aspects that need to be re-done properly or your property replaced or fixed. They will tell you "it happens". Had to get water pipe repaired after they left... didn't realize it was broken till after they left as it was storming and pouring rain when they left and several days after. Disappointed in post job treatment/ non service from them after ongoing calls, emails and texts to them, nada, crickets. However, they will call you and be in touch when they want to get paid. It's not always about what someone does, but also what they don't do and whether they have integrity or not. Actions speak louder than words.

Involved a written quote obtained while in their office regarding the specifics of the job, and after the service was completed - I was yelled at and cursed on a phone call afterwards - a proposed 50% a increase in price was demanded for the job completed. Legal action was threatened if I did not comply. Ironically - less items on the list were completed and manpower present had decreased from 3 to 2 workers. Reason - that their written quote had been wrong - only discovered after the job was finished and the crew had left. Long story short, won't go back ever. Payment based on original written quote - sent.

A second crew showed up one or two days later. They too were sent off the job because of bad workmanship. A third crew arrived and decimated an old oak that was a major, dramatic feature of our house. They were told by me and the first manager that came to look at the job that the was not to be touched. Our very expensive tree lighting was also disturbed and broken. They fixed one fixture but when dealing with the others they broke they refused to replace them or reimburse me for having them fixed. They charged a great deal of money and were completely paid.

Before hiring them, look at the recent reviews from customers who say their deposits have not been returned. Based on my own unresolved experience, I would not trust this contractor with an advance payment. His response does not address the central issue raised in my review. I paid money that I was told would be used for materials. Those materials were never provided, and the money has not been returned despite repeated assurances that it would be. I also dispute the claim that I repeatedly canceled or rescheduled the project. I never canceled it. Chris scheduled the project only once, and he did not show up on the scheduled day. Afterward, he provided numerous reasons for the continued delays, but the work was never completed. References to scheduling disagreements and alleged disrespect do not explain what happened to the money I paid for materials. Regardless of any scheduling issues, the contractor should provide the materials, documentation showing how the money was used, or a refund. I made repeated efforts to resolve this directly before posting my review. The matter remains unresolved, and I am pursuing formal action to recover what I paid. This review reflects my firsthand experience. I encourage prospective customers to put all terms in writing, request receipts or proof of material purchases, and most importantly do NOT work with Chris Staggs or Tampa Landscape Solutions!

I have been reaching out for 4 days trying to get an answer from someone at the company as to if the job was complete and today a gentleman calls me telling me it's not ok this conversation is happening on a Sunday at 2pm....but I've been reaching out trying to get a straight answer since they left my home 4 days ago with no notification that the job was complete. These guys used spray paint cans in my home to spray paint over mold along the baseboards of the two rooms they worked in, they spray painted a door as well as cut the door INSIDE leaving saw dust and paint fumes everywhere. The concrete job they did was left unfinished, looking blue and bumpy ... not at all matching the rest of the concrete or finished, but apparently this is sufficient to them. They left garbage around my pool and in my lawn bins for me to clean up, as well as screws and drill bits. They replaced a vanity in my bathroom the second day they were here and instead of telling me it was happening so I could prepare them for it, they took all of my stuff out and threw it on the ground in my bathroom...ruining several products of mine and a shelf that hung inside the door.

Then want to drive by my moms house being jerks and honking the horn super loud to make their presence known. They are a very crappy company and take advantage of people from the hurricane. They say they have insurance but when you ask to see it they refuse to show you or give it to you.
