They left after a few hours leaving all of their tools scattered around the driveway. it seems that the man that was in the trees got unhappy and left the job. A second crew showed up one or two days later. They too were sent off the job because of bad workmanship. A third crew arrived and decimated an old oak that was a major, dramatic feature of our house. They were told by me and the first manager that came to look at the job that the was not to be touched. Our very expensive tree lighting was also disturbed and broken. They fixed one fixture but when dealing with the others they broke they refused to replace them or reimburse me for having them fixed. They charged a great deal of money and were completely paid.

He sent the two lightest guys to walk my metal roof. They chopped limb, threw pieces down, chipped and hauled away. Got back up on roof and blew off debris. Crew of seven. Three trucks, a trailer and a chipper came for my job. They fit me in today. Gave estimate on extensive backyard cleanup and will schedule me in two weeks. Very happy with Bam's Tree Service. We asked for our lawn to be mowed and they offered to give us a few quotes for other work which we said we'd like to see. They cut the lawn and did a good job, but we never saw the other quotes. We wanted to get on a schedule for lawn mowing but they didn't help us set that up. I texted back a few weeks later for another cut and they said they would look at their schedule, but never texted back. I asked again if they had a chance to look and they ghosted me. I'm surprised this has so many good reviews.
