Worse service ever, installed a new pump 8 months ago and it broke. When they finally came out they wanted to charge us labor to remove the pump that did have a 1 year warranty. We decided to go with another company that warranty the new pump for 5 years and their work for 1 year. Recommend shopping around and skipping this company! read more

I told them that I was working with a deadline and the deadline for the inspection for the home purchase was in 4 days. This was on a Thursday. They said they could do the inspection the next day on Friday. At 4:00 p.m. on Friday I was told they would not be able to "make it today". I spoke with them and they said they would try to do it on Saturday, Monday at the latest. I called Monday morning to see if they had done it on Saturday. They had not, but said they would get to it today. At this point, I'm not sure if they will really meet my deadline, but I hang in there hoping they would. At 4:27 p.m. I texted Mike to ask if the inspection report would be coming soon. I was told "Still haven't been by there yet." I try to call him immediately after getting that text. No answer. I leave a message. I don't get a call back. Then I send 4 texts: "Can you call me?" "What time today will we get the report?" "This is VERY important." "Do you have anyone else that you can get out there real fast today? Even a different company?" I never receive a response. I scramble and find a rescuer in Willis Pump and Well and they immediately go out there for me and do my inspection. At 5:33 p.m. I text Mike again "Nevermind. Another well and pump company went out. Thanks for misleading me for 3 days. Enjoy your online reviews." Mike finally responds and all the sudden now his tech is on his way and he is begging me not to leave a bad online review.
