Hunter was always patient, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. One thing we really appreciated was how well he communicated with us--he gave clear feedback and helpful tips on how we were handling Gracie so we could keep improving her results at home. He was honest without ever being discouraging, and he always set us up for success. The use of the e-collar and leash training was handled thoughtfully and effectively, and the group meetup at Bass Pro with the other dogs in the program was a great bonus. I would like to be able to check on my dog via an app linked to a camera system. Also, wanted to see the facility before I left my puppy overnight and had to schedule a tour. It would be easier if I could just have seen the back of house without an appointment. Lastly, they charge $27.50 if you are late picking up you dog. And while expected a small fee, I did not expect a big fee and I also expected to be told, not just see it on my invoice. That's outrageous! No one time courtesy or grace given here.

Ms. Kathleen sent us pictures of them playing and relaxing when we requested and let us know how they were doing. I'm so thankful that she provides this kind of care for our two so it helps put my anxiety at ease when we have to go out of town. Ms. Kathleen was very knowledgeable and very attentive to our dogs diet and needs. We couldn't be more thankful. :)

Kathleen was also very flexible when I had a sudden change in plans and needed Hitta to stay two extra days. She also provides loads of pictures when requested. I'm only giving 3 stars because there was one altercation with my dog and another dog. Although no major injuries, I was not notified immediately, my vet was not called, nor my dog taken in to get check. The scar on his arm probably should have had stitches even though she told me differently. If there was better communication on this I would rate it higher.

I have been going to benny moores animal clinic since my dog was a puppy. my dog didnt like him but…read morei did, he seemed like a good vet, a little rough on my dog but he helped her. towards may i took my dog (9 y/o) to his clinic, something was wrong with her. she was throwing up, couldnt stay on balance, wouldnt eat or drink, lost over 5 lbs. he said it was her diet. so he put her on chicken and rice. nothing got better and we knew it was towards the end of her life, he told us that she had a mass on her stomach the size of the green tennis ball and she has cancer and we could do surgery but it would cost thounsands and not even bet she would make it out alive, he didnt tell us anything hardly, he just kept saying its "her diet". we took her home spending the last few days we had with her in june and she was doing awful. we took her to hillside animal clinic a few days later in floyds knob and they told us she had that mass, cancer AND she was bleeding internally and was going to die in a few hours and were lucky we brought her in. we ended up having her put down but my baby wasnt scared this time, and im glad she got to rest like she needed. thank you hillside. fu moores.
