We ordered 3 online and also went in person to order more flowers. You get to customize a lot more as well as get to see a bigger catalog when coming in person. The flowers arrived in time and they were definitely beautiful. Everything we asked for was done. The flower shop owner was kind and sympathetic to help us through this difficult time. Brian went above and beyond to make my flowers look beautiful. I placed an order on the 14th to be delivered on the 30th. Brian delivered them the next day by mistake. They were beautiful. When I called to inform of the error, he insisted to replace them and deliver them on the correct date. And that is exactly what he did. It was not necessary. I know he was inundated with orders the day I called. It was an honest mistake. He didn't have to do that but being a good business man, he did. Now he has a customer for life. If your going to have an online business, you should be monitoring your email and phone messages, or you don't, since you have decided to add an extra c in @comccast.net in your email address. Emailed and left a voice mail to cancel my order since it would have been delivered later then needed, you were on vacation which you did not post on your website. The flowers were delivered anyway. Please let us know why customers should do business with you when you don't listen to them. read more

I would NOT recommend Brian's Country Greenery. I emailed the shop on Friday, January 21 with inquiries regarding 2 funeral arrangements I wanted to order for my nephew's funeral service. When I did not hear back 24 hours later, I sent a follow up email on Saturday. After still not hearing anything by Monday early afternoon, I called the shop. A woman answered the phone and told me that she could take down my questions and contact information and have Brian return my call but at the moment he was busy catching up on a few things. It has been over 24 hours and Brian has not returned my call. For a business with the email address that begins with "we care," they sure don't seem to care very much. I wish I could post a picture of the flowers I received today. The roses outer petals had brown rings forming on them. The alstroemeria had petals missing. I called the owner and he said they had just come in and when I maintained that they were poor quality he hung up the phone on me. read more

Today we ordered a best selling zen arrangement off of the website. We put our phone number for both the recipient and the buyer as we didn't have the recipients work number. Within a few minutes Brian sent us an email telling us that there were no orchards available and he would be unable to process our order. We called Brian directly and he explained the reason he didn't call was because he noticed the phone numbers were the same and didn't want to "spoil the surprise" if it was our recipients number. After explaining he didn't have any orchards, he asked what we were looking for. I explained we liked the look and complexity of the zen arrangement and we didn't care of it was orchards or some other flower. He said "We'll take good care of you and we'll make something unique up, just for you!" True to his word he did and it was out for delivery a few hours later. Very disappointed with this florist and would not recommend to anybody! My mother didn't receive her Mothers Day day gift.. All she got was a tag on her door that said they tried to deliver them at 3pm and to call to have them delivered, again. But they close at 3pm, so what is the point to call??? Then when I called the following Monday, the owner tried blaming me and said "well you shouldn't have ordered them online and should have called the florist directly" .. THEN WHY HAVE IT AVAILABLE TO ORDER ONLINE IN THE FIRST PLACE?? At least I'm getting my money back and know not to deal with this place ever again. read more
