I am still waiting on my last referral and it's been about three weeks. The previous referral took two months. And if you complain you are ignored. That shit slogan they have "Aqui Para Ti" is a crock of shit. And since I have complained they have stopped responding to me. I'll be leaving soon. These people are worse than Health Texas. They have A LOT of old patients. If any of your relatives are treated there be careful. Make sure you are watching out for them. This medical group banks on the fact that old Mexican people don't complain. I believe this Gonzaba group believes old Mexican people are stupid.

The offices are relatively new, clean, and attractively furnished. The hallways have old pictures of the Quarry back before it was a shopping mall. The docs I've met here have all been proficient and professional. Parking is easy, and there's even a strategically placed Salata right next door so you can go eat healthy after your checkup. Some of the offices overlook the Quarry golf course, which is scenic. There's also an emergency room right next door if things go south in a hurry at your medical exam. I just wish they'd get some magazines for the waiting room. What kind of doctor's office doesn't have anything to read in the waiting rooms? Bring your own if you want something to read.

You need to do hard research before you attempt to go or you were trying to go because you were most likely end up with an out of network provider and be forced to pay upfront everything out-of-pocket full price because the careless and negligent health system is almost impossible to use.
