This "medical" facility has been an extremely frustrating experience. While it may be fine if you simply need medication for something minor like a cold, do not expect continuity of care. It is nearly impossible to see the same doctor twice because providers seem to constantly rotate in and out. If you happen to be seen by a great provider, don't get attached -- chances are you will never see them again. The administrative staff has also been very disappointing. Many interactions feel rude and dismissive, as if patients are inconveniencing them rather than seeking medical care. Compassion and professionalism seem to be lacking. On top of that, my co-pay has been charged at the rate of a specialty visit, even though this is not a specialty practice. After repeated issues and ongoing frustration, we have finally decided to move our healthcare to another provider. read more

My PA and the facility to scans in Live Oak are unprofessional. The scan facility in Live Oak is filthy and the staff is chewing food while talk to you to perform your scans while food is spitting out of her mouth. the scan room was filthy and disgusting. They have a video chat that violates Hippa asking you personal questions In front of other patients. Management doesn't call you back. my first two times here and the facility is disorganized and filthy. will not go back. They also say they do not get your messages. They are dismissive of your concerns but they talk a good game. read more

I am a new patient and my experience was great. From the front desk to the nurses assistant everyone was nice and helpful. My visit with the NP was also a great experience she listened to everything I had to say I did not feel rushed and I left satisfied and heard. And last but not least I had labs done after my appointment and I also enjoyed my experience with the tech. Overall great experience, I would recommend Hillside Primary Care. read more

I went in as a first time patient and dead insects were the door greeter. Literally trampled over bits of dead insect at the entrance. Then there's the slovenly front desk staff, enthusiasm and attitudes to match their appearance. The room I was in had a floor grate going God only knows where. The corridors on the way to that room were filthy, visibly dirty. The clinic was warm enough you'd probably catch MRSA infection by sitting in their waiting room for too long. I cancelled the follow up, just absolutely no, I cannot see myself returning to such a place, not for medical care. Go to Hillside Primary Care only if ​you don't mind the public toilet/gas station toilet look and feel for your medical care. read more

I have gone there twice since I was referred from the ER in Cibolo TX by the Walmart when I got a CT scan for a concussion. The ER was amazing for,myself not having insurance and giving me a discount on the testing. YET, the 2nd time I came into Hillside for another follow up after an additional stay in Baptist hospital the new Rn or whatever he had for credentials said to stop interrupting his speech to me so he could tell me what was next in my treatment [ keep in mind this man did not even examine or check my vitals] to tell me what I had to do again to have them see me for the 3rd time plus the 2 times in the ER at Baptist to have them fill out the paperwork to keep my job and/or ny health insurance that starts 3/1/2026. The 1st person I saw there "Sarah Hellsing" was amazing and understood I have credentials that are comparable to theirs in the medical field. Unfortunately they moved her from this clinic to the next and I had explained i trusted her, yet this extremely difficult person I had to see instead of her, had horrible bedside manner and never touched me with even a stereoscope to check my elevated heart rate or extremely high blood pressure. I heard the nurse who he has been amazing human every time have a short argument about my care before the P.A or RPn came in to underestimate my medical knowledge in "our" field. I will follow Sarah H. Wherever she goes!!! She's an attribute to the field!!! He is the reason I left human medicine and went to veterinary medicine! Kudos to her and shame on him. So this is a place to go in the end cause I am asking for help since I know as a medical professional what u need and expect. But, caution on who you use as your primary. Since they don't understand where their credentials lie, where they should be on the right and wrong side of the medical professional lines. read more

The check in staff and the gentleman who took my vitals was very welcoming and friendly , it wasnt until I saw Dr. Suneeta that my experience got terrible. This was my first time visiting this location and my first time meeting this doctor as she was very judgmental and very rude to me. I won't go into detail but every question she had asked me I was giving her my honest answers and I felt as if everytime I answered she had a negative comment back to say to me. With that being said I told the staff I will no longer be seeing that doctor and I'd prefer seeing anyone else. Very terrible experience as I will be seeking another doctors office to visit. read more

Staff is okay. Office is very plain. TV has Hillside ads on it. i was in waiting room with a man who was coughing all over without a mask.

The reception was kind and fairly efficient. The pre-check-in didn't work easily; it would not proceed but wouldn't tell me why (it didn't like that I left the suffix off my name). The new patient processb is never fun but Xavier did fairly well with vitals and EKG; but, what he called the 'Brain Scan' was actually a cognitive test in the computer and didn't seem to function as designed (the second part send to want me to match symbols to a number but the cursor didn't make anything activate). The provider Sarah was nice and seems knowledgeable. But she heard about one concern and focused on that without discussing my history or any other potential issues (it seemed like she needed to get to another patient on the clock). She did prescribe two meds that hopefully will treat my issue and encouraged me to stay active and see specialist. She also offered allergy testing which I will take into consideration (it will make my wife happy). I have a follow up in a month so I'll have more experience with this team as this was my first visit. read more

Scheduled an appt for being sick. I need antibiotic. Appointment was for 1:30. at 3 I still wasn't seen. I asked if I was still in line and if everything was ok and was assured everything was fine. At 4 I asked for a refund and asked why I still hadnt been seen. I wasn't given an answer and of course when I asked for my money back they couldn't issue me the refund for 2 or 3 business days! I walked out and now I'm sitting in urgent care where I should have gone. Dont trust Hillside Primary to get you seen if your sick. They will just take your money! read more

Terrible service. Checked in on app as a screen shot showing 11a check in. Was never called to see Dr. Went to the front desk and was told by a very unprofessional receptionist that she was sorry she didn't see my mobile check in. If your technology doesn't work then they shouldn't have a sign there telling you to check in by app. Very unprofessional staff. My time is just as valuable as there's. And they wasted my time. Long wait, Dr. Naik doesn't listen to anything you say and wears sandals to her appointments. Starbucks cups in the rooms and office smells very old. Constantly repeating myself through the entire appt. Will not be coming back. read more

I walked out before being seen by the Mrs. Incledon due to my experience with the nurse. After taking my vitals (which was not as concerning but not a good experience after she asked me to spell ovarian 3 times while writing notes), the nurse asked that I undress and wait on the table. While waiting I overheard conversation in the hallway looking for "a swab that is needed to send in a culture" with uncertainty where that swab was located. The nurse then came into my room (while waiting unclothed) and she began to look around for said swab on the table set for my pap and on the floor. Finally, she pulled the medical biohazard bucket out from the wall and proceeded to dig through the container pinching different swabs to see if they had been used. She left the container in the middle of the room and left with the swab she had found. I assume this swab would be sent for the culture that was needed by the previous patient before me. So disgusting and against OSHA policy! read more
