I just closed out my storage rental, having only been there several months, and I wanted to commend them for their total professionalism and holding exactly to their word. My moving company loaded everything out of Hillside Self Storage in the morning and then came to the house I was moving out of to pack everything else still there. I went back to my storage unit later in the afternoon to make sure everything was out of my storage unit, and to sweep clean it. The manager was there when I arrived, he walked over to my unit and sure enough it was empty and he refused to allow me to do the sweep clean, telling me it was his job and it was covered. He then took care of signing me out of the contract and cancelling autopayments - without my having to do anything. That is not the experience I have had with so many other business entities that make the ending of a contract a stressful event.
