I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews unless I've given the business establishment a 2nd chance. I must say the employees here are more than stellar! I'd give them 5 out of 5 stars. However -- the owner is the complete opposite, and is mainly what the 2 star review is for. Background: I've been going to this gas station for the last 8 years, and have spent thousands of dollars using their touchless car wash, with plenty of receipts to show. Issue: Their touchless car wash usually work majority of the time, but anyone reading this, most likely know that their car wash machine will exhibit a malfunction every now and then. The issues often vary like, low water pressure, no soap, no air dryer, no pressure wash at entry. As most folks know, malfunctions are normal with any automated machinery, and that's okay -- it's not the end of the world. The employees here understand that the car wash will break from normal operation, and they do their very best to try to fix things. I appreciate that they actually take the time to observe and troubleshoot. Given that they recognize me as a regular patron, they understand that something is wrong when I raise any issues to them. Kudos to the staff for having the common sense of understanding technology and machinery. The issue I have is mainly with the owner of the business. He seems to be the type of person who's never been wrong in his life, and his natural instinct is to have a condescending defensive reaction. For the 2nd time in the last 2 months, I've been told to go somewhere else instead of acknowledging that the car wash machine isn't perfect. His main resolution is to offer a refund rather than rectify. An offer for a refund is certainly not a bad thing, but also not the best way to handle the situation. He is always adamant that his car wash indicator at the register isn't showing any errors, so everything must be working well... Being in the Software Engineering space specializing in troubleshooting and diagnostics, I would love to teach the business owner some basic logic, but this would be somewhat pointless for someone who always feels they're right. I normally purchase batches of 2-3 Premium washes, which was previously priced at $12, and was later increased to $14. The price increase didn't stop me from continuing to support this local business. Yet, the owner has the audacity to claim he loses money every time I report a car wash malfunction. With his wish for me to take my business somewhere else, I will gladly comply this time around, but here's a nice review for others to see before I go. read more

Wow there's nothing I can say to give this place the justice it needs. Very underrated! Great pricing on everything, they have a slurpy machine hot dog machine, and nachos ! So many things here to choose from between a quick snack or tobacco products they've got you covered. Have been coming here for 20+ years never once in that time have the main people made me feel weird. They are amazing people and would give you the shirt off their back to keep you warm that's just the type of people they are. If they weren't nice to you it definitely was you and not them not to be rude , but you had to have done something for them to be rude. They are hands down one of the best shops around. Pretty friendly and welcoming people working here, gas prices are good, inside seems pretty clean, a good selection of goods for a convenience store. car-wash is non-touch, which is good for people who's care is just a little dusty, but not great for people who's cars are really dirty and don't mind the risk of clearcoat damage that comes with touch car washes. the area is statistically very safe and seems to be quickly developing with hilltop mall area getting some major development and the neighboring plaza being built right by this gas station. read more

This store is super convenient . It has a gas station with great prices. Great place to pick up some milk or a loaf of bread and some Mexican Coca Cola . The customer service is outstanding here . I am lucky that this place is right by my work. I stop by here almost every day for a few reasons. The owner takes the time to converse with every single person that comes in there and he's there every single day. He's a good guy and he cares about his customers. The bathroom is always clean. The car wash is great. Decent food prices. All beef hotdogs. Semi good luck on lottery tickets. Best gas prices in the area and his tanks always test super clean. This place deserves your business. Nothing special to write home about. They sell gas, snacks, chips and have a car wash. The car wash is the main reason I come here (cause the gas prices are always too high to be an independant station). The car wash process itself is slow as cr@p and the machine often seems to have a brainfart and get stuck for many seconds. But the appeal for me is it is touchless. I don't like big heavy cloths and spinning pads smacking the dirt into my clearcoat. So for that reason, I come to this station when nearby. read more

Friendly Staff. I've know the owner and his son all my life. Together they run the place and keep the market stocked. Love coming here, He always has what I crave, and also remembers his customers. He also is from old times and refuse to change, so don't go if your looking for swishes, or zigzags. Also he tends to have the best and best price gas right off the freeway. read more
