Came there today because I borrowed my auntie's car for a week or two and maintenance light turned on. I had find something quick, honest and good quality. Speed lube did not disappoint. They checked fluid levels and also air filter and tire pressure. Yes it is $50 but it only took 10 mins. Time is gold. So thankful for this business. Updated review- the manager reached out and offered to correct the situation. I'll give it another shot. Just make sure to remind them what level of service you purchased. Upgraded from 2 stars to 4. You'll probably get your oil changed, maybe air filter checked and cleaned, but that's about it. Never checked wiper blades (which I know are awful and I have some on order), had to ask to perform other services. Not sure what could have been missed that I didn't see. Won't be returning. Location is small but easy to find. They don't take appointments, it's first come first serve. You don't have to get out of your car!! Their oil and transmission fluid charges are the cheapest I've found and I'm glad my brother referred me to them. $91 total!! What a steal! The staff are all friendly, but they don't explain your receipt to you when you have a full service. Not that it's hard to understand, but it would be nice to do with their customers. When you get your transmission fluid changed, you have to come back in 3 days so that they make sure it's okay. Love their due diligence. I called around to various local companies asking for pricing on an oil change if I brought my own oil and filter, and I was shocked that "Oil Changers" down the street wanted to charge me $90, and said the discount for bringing my own oil was only $7! Another company I called wanted to charge $70. In my opinion if I am bringing my own oil and filter this is just too much. Luckily I called into this place and they gave me a very fair price and went above and beyond just the oil change and topped off all my other fluids for free! I live in Sacramento and I was only in this area because of work but I am highly considering coming back for my next oil change just because you can't put a price on trust, and these guys proved themselves trustworthy and that alone is worth the extra drive. read more

We were behind one car and in less than 5 min we were in the bay. I've never been to a place where you stay in your car (typically go to tire + oil stations), so the experience was interesting! As the name says, I was literally in and out in 10 minutes, though I'm sure that's largely because both bays were empty when I arrived. (Not fair to count wait time in line against them!) Price for the 16-point full-service with full synthetic oil was just $46, minus $6 for the Yelp check-in offer, so right in line local prices, if not slightly lower. What really stood out though was the contrast - I came here after sitting in line (as #2) for over 10 minutes at another shop down the street with nobody there greeting or even acknowledging me!
