After having issues all my life getting quality restorations (fillings and crowns) I found this place. Friendly staff, great quality restorations. Silber's assistant Sharon is so good at making temporary crowns, I'd be inclined to leave it in, if not for the material and cement not being permanent, lol! I've had small issues with repairs not holding up (rare occasion) but I attribute that to not wearing a bite guard at night (I'm a grinder) and if you have crowns that's a must! And everyone's mouth is different, we all chew differently. Your teeth also move around throughout your life (muscles and tendons reposition and re-tension). Plus, the deeper the filling, more likely for issues. And the more times a tooth has been worked on, it becomes more sensitized and the work becomes more complicated. He never pushes for more work than is necessary. He's made sure I'm pain free in any case. Even gave me a free replacement crown when it cracked (I have a heavy bite and wasn't wearing bite guard at that time). If you ever have discomfort after a restoration, just go back and they will do their best to make it right for free.

After the exam, Dr Reema reviewed the x-rays with me and pointed out exactly what needed to be done. She let me know what work she could do and what problems needed referral to an endodontist. At no point did I feel pressured into getting questionable/unnecessary dental work. She listened to my input and concerns sincerely and took adequate time to answer all my questions. Professional and personable. The staff seems very competent as well. X-rays were done painlessly without the bulky awkward cardboard pieces to bite down on, the cleaning was deep and thorough but not painful or excessively long. The front office staff handled my paperwork and insurance details while quickly addressing my questions. I was also provided a itemized cost estimate with lower prices than provided by my last dentist. The office is clean and everyone is friendly and easy to communicate with. If you are looking for a new dentist--I'm happy to recommend Dr Reema Ajluni and staff.

Here's the thing, I searched and searched for months because I had been through a bad experience previously. I read about fortson dentistry and thought I'd go for it. First visit, they took X-rays of my mouth and imaging. Without verifying my insurance. I ended up with a billl for 71.00. They took a panorama and full mouth on the same day. Not allowed when you're using insurance. They told me that they treat you like family. These are key words you must pay attention to. Being in pain this ordeal went on for over a month just to find out that YOU must finance and have good credit. It's easy for people to ACT like they care. Lol..... NOW, you're ready for the plan.... LET's due some soft pulls on your credit? But don't worry we will figure it out is what they told me. Still in pain, patiently waiting. PLEASE NOTE: if you don't have good credit they're not interested. AND will run your insurance up so if you do have to go somewhere else your screwed: when they go over your insurance, they make it seem like you only have this much coverage. Well some coverage is better than no coverage. Don't forget they're a private practice, Unfortunately, these things were told to me in the end result. Last but not least they will refer you out to another place that might fit your needs. When they could've done that in the first place instead of running your insurance up to where another paid exam isn't covered for six months. There's a price to pay when people say we are like family here. I don't have good credit. They try and put you down for that. What I can say is if you're in need of dentures or implants and have A1 credit then this might be the place for you.

He is, in addition to being highly experienced, reassuring and very gentle. Today he took time to numb my mouth in three tiny applications instead of one big one, so the shot didn't hurt. He softly mumbles what he is doing, and what will be next so I remain calm. If I didn't know better, I would think he was Mr Rogers. If you aren't as happy with your dentist as I am with Dr. Silber, I encourage you to call him for an appointment. You will be glad you did.
