Huge shoutout to Celisse! After being delayed two days by the government shutdown and that massive, fast-moving storm system, I had to go straight into working three back-to-back jobs. Celisse went completely above and beyond her front desk responsibilities for me. She personally coordinated my dinner order over the phone and made sure it was waiting in my room when I finally got back late at night--she even tucked my lemonade in the fridge so it stayed cold! Check in is 3:00pm. I had the digital key selected. I unloaded my car. Walked to the door at 3:00 and there was no digital key, even though I did the check in, in advance. I called. They put me on hold forever. I called three more times. No answer. I finally got through and they just told me the room is not ready, no other rooms are available, and they gave me no time frame on when I could actually check in. Things happen. I get it, BUT if they aren't going to have a room ready on time, the least they could do is contact a customer to tell them, and if they don't, the least they could do is answer their phone and give a customer a time frame on when it would be done, and not leave them standing outside the back door, in the heat, with their luggage, for over 25 minutes because they can't get in with no key. Not what you want after a long travel day! You will get kind staff, but not helpful, informative, or problem solving staff. They just expect you to wait around with no idea on when you will actually have a room. Over it! Also, take a look at the wood they have covering what should be a window. This hotel sits right cross from the Boeing Future of Flight museum and you can just walk over to your the building . The PAE Paine Field Airport is just on other side of the runway . Upon checked-in , the room I was assigned to was dirty by a gentleman claimed to be the GM. I tried to talk to the housekeeping down the hallway , but unfortunately no one speaks English so I had to communicate with her through the Spanish translation app from her phone . I went back to the front desk , told them that the housekeeping couldn't communicate with me , the front desk lady replied " usually we don't talk to them " WoW ! Upon checked out , I asked for my receipt to make sure my food beverage credit was applied , the lady that has a Philipno accent shows very irritated and instead of explaining the breakdown , she asked me if I need a calculator . After another demand , she finally printed a detail receipt but her attitude shows impatient and irritation . I do like the hotel , the room is bigger and clean but their staffs need to go through the proper guest service training in order to handle basic hospitality tasks ! read more

The hotel has been remodeled since our last visit and it's a good improvement. The beds are comfortable. I'd advise you to pack ear plugs as the rooms aren't very insulated. The complaint I've got with this hotel is that the restaurant isn't open on the weekend! Actually, I was surprised by that and glad we asked before heading out for the afternoon as we'd planned on eating dinner here. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. read more

Worst stay ever, especially for a Marriott! We got in late last night, front counter person was really nice and helpful with check in. The poor guys looked tired, he advised that the pool was out but the hot tub is working! We got to our room and it was smaller than we expected from the online description! After setting up for our stay, we noticed quite a few problems. The first one was that the kitchen was super small, the freezer smelled off, the track lights were dirty with spider webs, carpet was dusty! We set up the couch bed and noticed a couple of nasty stains on the mattress, we took out the protective cover and it was all torn up with holes! The mattress itself was horrible, you can feel the springs big time and one side of the bed was almost flat! The closet hanger rack bolts are coming out of the wall and the iron hanger was the same. We went don't to advise the desk person and that poor guy apologized several times, got us a new mattress protector and advised that will make notes and tell the maintenance person. After a good conversation, found out that they were super low on staff, and he's been there since 7 in the morning and we talked to him at 2230. I asked him how come he had to work pretty much a double and stated that super short staff because they all quit! I asked if this location was corporate or franchisee, stated a franchise and a new company just took over on the first of the month and I guess the other employees didn't wanna work for this company and made it harder for the few that stayed! Woke up this morning for the breakfast and we saw the same guy that was working the desk, helping with cleaning or setting up rooms, I asked if he even went home and he said for a few hours, this guy needs a raise for sure! On the breakfast area there was hardly anything out for consumption, had to ask for more coffee, and breakfast sandwiches, but there was plenty of cereal and juice though! I do wanna say the morning crew had there work cut out for them, there demeanor wasn't very pleasant but I do wanna say that I understand there frustration working several positions because of the former workers leaving! The pool was closed because of the filter system being broken and it looked like a dirty mote and creatures living in there but the hot tub was open but big enough for like 4 people and there was already a family in there! read more

NEVER EVER use the POOL!!!!!!! After flushing the toilet in the pool bathroom, poop and pee flow into the pool. I don't think they have filter system in the pool drain. It was SO disgusting. I want to let the front desk person know and told them. They seem like they already notice about it. But there is no action. I will never come back to this place. read more

Hilton Garden Inn is a very reliable and consistent chain. I pretty much know what to expect when I stay at an HGI - and this stay was no different. Room was comfortable and clean, flat panel HD TV, free high speed internet access, AC was working well, bathroom was clean and fresh. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Got a coupon for two free bottles of water at check in. As with all HGIs - there is a small pantry by the front desk with snacks, beverages, toiletries. Picked up a couple of late night snacks. There is a bar and restaurant in this HGI - they serve breakfast and dinner - although I did not eat here. I'm amused at the review by Devin C. - he clearly does not understand the difference between the regular Hilton Hotels and the Hilton Garden Inn. read more

Back in 2022, my step daughter caught Covid, and we had to stay at a hotel while she recovered in order to avoid getting it ourselves. This hotel was clean, quiet and very spacious. The 1 star reviews seem very strange, to say the least. read more

The room was good for the price, but there were some unavoidable flaws. The buffet style breakfast that appeared to be the equal of every other hotel's free continental breakfast tacks on an extra $12.50 per person. The in room whirlpool tub had an odd shape and was a bit lackluster as far as features go. The heater made a clicking noise all night that made sleep impossible without turning it off, which made the room 65 degrees in the morning. All that aside, the bed was mostly comfortable with the exception of shaking profusely at the slightest movement. Heavy sleepers, this is a great stay for a budget. 1) minor complaint: I paid $10 for breakfast, and it was the saddest little continental breakfast I think I've ever seen. A few grocery store bagels, some "pastries" and juice options. Not worth $10. 2) major complaint: the guy cooking the hot food ( which you have to pay extra for) was wearing his mask over his chin. Considering he was preparing food, this is disgusting anyway, but it's also against current covid laws. I asked the server to speak to him. Nothing changed. I asked him to put his mask on, and he stood there ignoring me. I asked his name and he told me it was Micheal Jackson. So, rude in addition to unsafe. The rest of the employees just stood around watching this. I just think value per dollar this is one of the best econo hotel deals you can stay at . It has good service, comfortable rooms, pool, hot tub , gym and I would recommend buying the buffet breakfast for $14.95 and that price covers two adults and their kids . . The checkout time is not until 12pm which is nice to relax in the morning and not feel rushed . The pool ,hot tub and gym are open til 11pm . The concierge has two water bottles in a bag waiting for you at check-in . I think that is a nice touch these days where many companies are nickel and diming away customers' experience . There is a computer and printer any hotel guest with a room card can use . Due not there are the rumbling noises of commercial planes at night and in the morning as one is next to Paine airport which also is home to Boeing's big Dreamliner plant. Right next door is the Boeing last Future of Flight experience . They sell tix for their plant tours for $27 or just their innovations gallery for $12 and $6 for kids 6-15. The hotel itself has a aviation themed feel to honour the aviation pioneers in Washington state . I paid $135 US which included breakfast and I thought it is a terrific deal read more

I'm a Hilton diamond member, and I asked for a room upgrade, and they super upgraded me! We got a room that had a living room, a dining room, a full kitchen with full sized fridge, microwave, plates, wine glasses, bowls, cups, Keurig, beer and wine opener, 2 bathrooms, 2 jacuzzi tubs, and a bedroom. We also had an awesome view of the planes and the runway from the Boeing landing area. The hotel is also pretty close to the wineries in Woodinville, and Bellevue. If you're staying here to go to Seattle, I would say it's a little far from downtown Seattle. This hotel is great if you want to see Boeing and do a tour there--you can walk from the hotel to Boeing. The breakfast is typical for your Hilton Garden Inn's--$13.95 for your buffet breakfast (free for Diamond and gold members), which comes with your continental pastries, cereals, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, then also comes with made to order omelets, pancake, french toast, or eggs cooked your way. There is also water and cookies in the evenings. The gym was also your typical hotel gym, small, but with all the necessities, which I took full use of. read more

This is a review for the breakfast, as I wasn't a guest. The all you can eat breakfast is worth the $14. You get all the typical breakfast items, including some outstanding diced potatoes with bell peppers. And the service is 5 star. The staff was very attentive to everyone who came in, and it filled up quick by 9am. The kitchen window has the buffet of off-the-grill items and the table has the fruit, juices, coffee, waffle maker, muffins. Eat all you want! I need to step up and amend my previous review regarding this hotel. Previously, I complained about the bed being broken down and uncomfortable. Well, that is entirely my fault. Apparently, the beds are adjustable (like a sleep number bed) but I was totally unaware of this. My side of the bed was set to the softest setting and therefore I sagged. Lol Today, we checked back in to this hotel and we noticed a sign at the check in counter explaining how the bed works. We got to the room, I laid on the saggy bed, cranked up the control and voila! The bed is great! That being said, we will definitely be having a better nights sleep tonight! read more

This is my first time here during a work travel. I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and the traffic noise was nothing out of the ordinary. All staff were friendly, however, one in particular stood out. Adrianne served breakfast with a smile on her face, is so polite and friendly, and really made me feel like I had been a long time friend of hers. She made one simple compliment about my handwriting one morning, and that just immediately set the tone for a wonderful day and the rest of the week. Two nights here...two different rooms. Both typical of HGI which I do like having the mini kitchen bar with fridge/microwave. Pretty decent airport hotel. It's not new...not old so it's fine. Excellent breakfast chef. Sweet attractive breakfast sever. Hilton Garden Inn is lucky to have him in the kitchen as their chef making eggs and such to order. She's lovely as well. Holy crap, where do I start? Let's cover the good first: Laura at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart. Great smile, engaging and friendly. She was the star of the show, hands down. The night cook, a gentlemen whose name i never got, was doing his best to help out both in and out of the kitchen. The food he made was tasty enough and plated well. Also timely. He tried very hard to pickup the slack.. And speaking of slack... Restaurant service was atrocious for dinner and breakfast. The bartender/server at night was literally missing - just not there - for probably 45 minutes of the 2 hours I was there. Hence why the cook was so busy. When she was there, she was friendly and responsive, but super hurried and playing catch-up due to her inexplicable and unexplained absence. She made me a palatable Manhattan, but barring the absence of any other food and beverage establishment in the area, at least 4 people would have walked out. As for breakfast, there was just simply no table service. You walk in and there's a lady standing at the register who says "you can sit anywhere" then provides no additional instructions/greeting. Breakfast food was meh. I travel a lot and have come to learn that hotel restaurants are typically sub-par, but I expected more from Hilton. read more

Was very disappointed with this hotel. I've stayed here several times in the past and am not sure what has happened - but hotel front desk is not to Hilton standard and safety is now an issue here. I was booked to stay two nights and checked out after the first. I had my car broken into overnight. I never leave anything of value in it and also lock doors, etc. I was parked right under the light and sign that said video surveillance even. The front desk people were so unhelpful after I reported it & called police to come out - the manager couldn't even figure out how to pull the video from their system. Upon checkout that day I completely felt they should have credited me for the 1 night stay since I had the theft happen. Nope, the dingbat at front desk didn't even miss a beat with printing my receipt and being very rude. I'm an Hilton Honors member as well and this property, staff was definitely not worthy of the Hilton name. read more

Worst hotel experience ever. 7/21/23 Hilton Garden inn Seattle North Everett. I spent $382 for 1 night. It starts out they call me at 1:00 and they're like do you need two beds I'm like yes we need two beds that was my reservation. I confirmed that they had a room available for a travel companion because my daughter's service dog was going to be with her and her friend, I then confirmed check in time and check out time check-in time was supposed to be 3:00 p.m. check out 11:00 a.m.. my daughter and her friend get there at 3:00 p.m. they are told there is no room available yet for them, they have to pay in an additional $75 for a service dog and they're left there to wait in the lobby. At 4:30 I call because at this point my daughter is hungry they're tired of sitting in a lobby and I asked what time they can get into their room. At this point they're like when we get it clean. I let them know my daughter has health needs and she really needs to eat and lay down and they tell her to go get something to eat and go to the beach or something and they will call her when her room is ready. By 6:00 p.m. the room is still not ready I call again I asked him if they're going to make any concessions for the room being so late the front desk lady tells me no. I have to talk to a manager and I said are you going to give the kids any concessions that their room is still not ready by 6:00 p.m. 3 hours after checking can they stay late, the manager proceeds to tell me no I'm like well can you give a discount on the room she tells me no it's because I'm already making concessions by letting them stay. I asked her how are you making concessions and she wouldn't tell me how she was making any concessions. Then she said I don't think they're 21 and I'm like both of them are 21 and they have ids to prove it . She was I didn't verify it myself so I'm making concessions. I was like ma'am the front desk has already looked at both their ids. My daughter and her friend were not able to get into their hotel room till 9:00 p.m. they get to their room it's not fully cleaned had to order cleaning supplies from doordash for them to spray down the toilet the counters it was disgusting. My daughter got into her room 6 hours late the room wasn't even clean I spent $400 for this and I was charged for a service animal. The Hilton has definitely gone downhill. I travel a lot for work and decide where our company functions are going to be, I can definitely say I will never book another Hilton hotel again. read more

I stayed back here in April after deciding with my wife we would try staying out instead of going home. This is a FAKE Hilton. In comparison to other Hilton stays I've had this was by far the worst hotel experience ever! There is a level of quality that is expected at a "Hilton" branded stay that was not present at this location. The walls are paper thin, the bedding was rough, and the amenities provided in the bathroom were insufficient. My children were kept awake by the noise of the next door guests. I had to go down to the desk and asked for toothpaste/toothbrush and was charged. I found an old pamphlet info showing that the place used to be a Radisson. The breakfast was pretty plain compared to other stays. I gladly joined the Hilton Honors program after having excellent experiences with Hilton when taking other road trips. It seemed sensible to make it our regular travel spot. Hilton Garden SUCKS. The only reason for one star is because I cannot give it ZERO stars and the staff were not rude. I received a questionairre email about my stay and gave even more details than this, no one has bothered to address my concerns from Hilton. This just seems like empty brand expansion without the quality. I don't know what the point of signing up for Hilton Honors was anymore. Clean, comfortable, attractive HGI right across from the sprawling Boeing plant and right next to the Boeing visitor center (with a convenient covered walkway to boot!). The rooms and hospitality are exactly as you would expect for this serviceable and reliable chain. We were pretty tuckered out from the transcontinental flight and time change, so we opted for the hotel's in-house restaurant. The food was okay, not great but sufficient enough quality when tired and hungry. I started off with their fried potstickers which were surprisingly good; then followed with the grilled chicken and pasta al fredo which was somewhat bland and lacking in flavor. The apple cobbler dessert was just okay, too, and a bit on the sweet side with the caramel sauce. Surprisingly, the bar didn't have any local Seattle or Washington state beers on hand - the nearest was an Oregon Pyramid Hefeweizen. No complaints with the Pyramid, it was very good, but still strange that no local brews to offer. read more

I came to see my friend earlier to bring him a phone while I was taking a break because I'm a rideshare driver. Anyways he was taking forever so I just went inside and I was having service issues but I was trying to ask him what room he was in when I was surrounded by 3 I guess hotel staff? They proceeded to literally harass me and treat me like some criminal because I didn't have a room.. never in my life have I been treated so rudely by a business. They told me the police were there and some serious incident was happening as I watch 20 other people walk in but I guess because they aren't in the 20-30 range and old folks I guess they didn't feel the need to surround and talk to like a criminal. I told them I'm an Uber drive not a criminal and I'm trying to get my friend to come down but since I was rudely interrupted and harassed asked what's in my pocket they literally just came and attacked me then told me to leave as if I did something wrong.. what a fucking joke this hotel is run by a bunch of profiling pieces of shit. Congratulations I know where I won't ever be spending my money or recommending a friend to if I or they ever need a room .. Despite the fact that this is not the most exciting region to be in because the hotel is located in the suburbs of Seattle, I've thoroughly enjoyed my stay each time I've been here. If you are on a Boeing-related business trip, this is probably THE perfect place to stay because their Future of Flight Aviation Center is literally 10 seconds' walk away from the hotel front door. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. And the facilities are great- kept very clean, nice unpretentious interior. Free high-speed internet and wireless access in each room, and a 24-hr business center that is also complimentary. You can print things to the business center from your room, which I enjoyed. =) Each room has a large work desk with an ergonomic desk chair, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, 26" HDTV, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, and an ottoman chair. I didn't use the fitness center and pool, but I believe they are all complimentary. I like a hotel that doesn't nickel and dime you. Their breakfast at the 'Great American Grill' downstairs was a great way to start off the day. They make your omelette to order, and you can order and eat anything else on their menu for a set price of around $11, if I recall correctly. You can order waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and the other usual hot breakfast foods. There is also yogurt, juice, pastries, coffee, bread, cereal, tea, and fresh fruit. From some rooms, you can see Boeing test their planes. From the quiet comfort of my room, I watched the long overdue new Dreamliner (I think that's what it's called) take off. read more

My experience was a 10 minute wait at the front desk. The desk clerk then told he didn't think I would get points for the stay since I got a breakfast coupon. He messed around on his computer for several more minutes and never resolved the issue I think he created. I went back later to see if the issue was resolved and he still couldn't tell me. Then, when I locked myself out of my room, the very same desk clerk said he didn't know me and made a big deal out of making me another key. It was the worst experience. The best employee is the nice janitor guy. He was very helpful. I stay in hotels a couple hundred nights a year but it won't be this one. read more

The plan was to surprise my husband with a date night in the jacuzzi room. Check in was at 3pm. We were 10 min away after traveling 2 hours, the time was 4:30pm. And I got a call from the hotel saying the room is now suddenly unavailable. The man on the phone was not apologetic or sorry at all. He said, "Ahhhh yeah we can give you a refund" Not with a care in the world how much he just inconvenienced me. He told me to call the two other hotels with jacuzzis. I called the other hotels and no rooms available. So we are now on our 2 hour drive back home. I was looking forward all week to this. Could the hotel not have called earlier? What if I actually checked in at 3pm? And there wasn't a room available? How can I book a room a week in advance and it's not available?! I am so angry, ruined our entire weekend and lost 4 hours of my Friday night. It's just the fact he called me last minute and barely even apologized if my big deal.. read more

I have to start with Hilton's customer service line. I had to push my reservation by one day. Customer service was able to talk to Judy at the Hilton Garden Inn and push my reservation. I certainly didn't expect this as I had called extremely late. Thank you Hilton, for doing what you could and getting me setup!! Secondly, Judy had transferred my special requests. I had forgotten to make this request. When we checked in Judy had seen my reservations request and transferred them over. Lastly, it was my birthday weekend and I had asked for just a simple card to say happy birthday. I know, I know odd request. But I had seen these types of requests online and thought why not. The only great thing about this Hilton was it had a great little gym complete with dumbbells and cardio machines. Other than that, the front desk guy wasn't welcoming, the room wasn't like it was pictured, and probably the worst of all was that you had to pay for your breakfast (on top of spending $100+ per night on your room)... Sure, the hotel is placed in a decent spot to get places and you do have the Boeing Museum behind the hotel, but that's about it. I would have rather spent the money I spent here at a place that was more accommodating, welcoming and supplied complimentary breakfast. Lesson learned though. Won't be back. read more
