Louis Delgado, handsome bartender & extraordinaire. Not only is he good to his customers he is so good to everyone that supports him too.

The best hotel food that I have had in my lifetime. I am generally not a fan of hotel food but this hotel has an actual chef that cooks everything fresh by Keion. The hotel entrance is welcoming. Beautiful landscaping. Gorgeous flowers. A welcoming crew right as you walk in the door. On your right as you enter a bar full of cheer, Luis is the bartender. If ever anyone was meant to lead the bar, it's Luis Delgado. Handsome with a beautiful smile. The Hilton Garden Inn North Houston is a happy place with great drinks, the best people & delicious healthy food. You must try the pan fried dumplings and the crispy fried chicken cobb salad.

If you are choosing to stay at this hotel, there's a high chance you are staying for ExxonMobil. We stay here every time for work, and the place is great! Very clean, with pool, gym, full restaurant bar and grill downstairs. They even provide a shuttle service to Exxon! Breakfast in the morning is great, they have made to order breakfast sandwiches and other great foods. Really tasty. For dinner I ordered the steak sandwich with fries and a small salad. The lady was so nice she didn't charge me for the side salad. I'll be back again, mostly because of monthly work travel, but this place is very ideal.

The cleanest hotel I've stayed at in a long time! Quite modern for a Hilton Garden Inn. Using the digital key to check in/out is the best way to by pass the front desk.

this customer service is everything especially mr.otis! thanks you and your wonderful staff.for.making my sista & i siscation relaxing!

This is by far the best hotel I ever had to stay in for work hands down. It's very clean, the food is great, and the staff goes over and beyond making you feel welcome. the lady behind the desk named ash stood out to me the most. She had a very welcoming smile and showed excelled customer service skills! She actually helped my husband get flowers to my room and surprise me while I was away on a business trip for work. She made me feel like she actually cared every morning when she greeted me and told me to have a great day and enjoy class. Ash was the best!! Go visit her you won't be disappointed in your experience if you are traveling!

I had such high hopes for this visit. We were treating ourselves to a girls weekend (2 nights) and…read moreit didn't go as expected. The good: the hotel looks nice. It has lots of seating and the rooms had all the amenities. Very modern and clean. The pillows were comfy. Their complimentary breakfast is amazing. This is the only reason it's not 1 stars. It could have been the perfect trip..... The bad: OUR ROOM FLOODED! I took a shower the first morning and directly on the other side of the wall, in the bedroom, the floor flooded! It was so soaked, when I stepped on it squished between my toes. It completely soaked by bag and soaked into all my clothes ruining them for the entire trip. I couldn't wear anything but dirty clothes until going home the next day. When we called the front desk to notify them, they said "oh that happens, we will send someone up" and maintenance brought an industrial air blower and left it on the carpet. We couldn't take showers after our concert sweating from the 100° weather for 5 hours because they didn't fix the issue, just left the blower behind. When we got back at 11:30p, the wet spot had spread to past the end of the bed and under the bed. So at least we could access the bed from the other side. Checked out at 7am and just went home because it was disgusting. I am greatly disappointed that the front desk was aware showering was an issue causing room flooding and isn't doing anything about it. We were not moved to another room and there was no rectification, or even acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Any amount of sympathy or compassion would have made for a better experience. Thankfully it was just one more night. Additionally, The valet was never available. No one outside, and the person we talked to at the front desk was not helpful and couldn't tell us anything. Only 1 time out of all 3 days was someone available for valet without having to be tracked down by the front staff. We won't be back. I don't want to risk this happening again. Just not worth it.

The price was really good so no complaints there. I had 2 issues with this place, and they are pretty minor but could be major. 1) the toilet paper was 1-ply and felt like I was wiping with sandpaper. The TP was so thin that I could have easily come out with a pudding pop on my finger if I wasn't careful! Sorry for that visual. 2) there were no outlets by the bed. Well they were behind some panel that I couldn't access without ripping a piece of wood off the wall because the alarm clock was there. Speaking of which, thanks to the asshole who left the alarm set for 3:30am and at full blast! Why are alarm clocks in hotels still a thing? Use your phone! Now to some this may be no big deal that there are no outlets by the bed but to us CPAP people, it's a necessity. Luckily, I had a mini extension cord with me. So outlet access, an extra ply of TP oh and bananas at breakfast! Get those 3 things fixed and it's 4 stars in terms of value

Wasn't fully furnished. Half the lights didn't work. No tub stopper. Front desk personnel was almost invisible and front desk not clean. Sometimes a bell on the desk but most of the time no bell. People would come in and have to holler for someone to come out to help them check in .Half cups of water sitting on counter. Hallways looked like a war zone. Only 4 valet carts that were cumbersome and hard to get in the room with the heavy doors. Will not stay here ever.

Not good at 5am and you're on the 3rd floor. Also the room never really got cleaned for one reason another. So if you have ANY Personal belongings on the bed, it will not be touched. Bathroom floor was disgusting. Room smelled musty/bad. A/C was on its own schedule basically non existent if you like it cool in the afternoon and evening. Evening Front desk associate was usually MIA. No bell on the counter in the evening if you needed anything (ie clean bathroom towels). That was not even the worst part! Female evening staff almost hostile. Bathroom exhaust fan was broke and everything metal in the bathroom had rust on it! Oh yea and if you want ice, well that's only on the 3rd floor! I Do Not Recommend this place. NEEDs a total overall from the ground all the way up to staff, cleaning and front desk personnel. I could say more but I won't.

Tldr: housekeeping theft…read more My first problem here came when I needed a shower. I turned the knob to the hot indicator but the water was cold. I tried the room phone but couldn't reach the front desk as it would ring then hang up. I tried dialing the main number and when it was going to transfer me to the operator, it then said extension invalid and hung up. So cold shower the first morning, and that evening I managed to get help and it turned out the indicator was all wrong, you had to twist it to cold for it to be hot, and if you keep twisting till you reach hot it was boiling. However the bigger issue was a wedding gift I had for my friends was stolen by housekeeping on the second day while I was out, a fancy small gift bag I had left next to the TV. I didn't realize it until the third day when I was preparing for the wedding. The manager said they stand by their staff but would file a report. There was $200 in a sealed card envelope plus white chocolate bars. The manager said its a case of "he said vs she said" and thus nothing can be done. Horrible.

The property is tucked into a quieter area, and the small lake behind the hotel creates a surprisingly relaxing backdrop, especially from the pool area and certain rooms. It adds a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. The staff were ready to help the moment I walked through the doors. Check-in was quick, my reservation was easy to locate, and they took the time to explain everything happening around the property during my stay. Once I made it to my room, I was happy with what I found. The room was cute, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, it gave the impression of a quality hotel that takes pride in its appearance. As the evening went on, I did notice a couple of things. The shower setup wasn't my favorite as someone on the shorter side. Let's just say the showerhead seemed determined to have a direct conversation with my face. The bigger thing future guests should know about is the noise level. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend requesting a room on the fourth floor if possible. I noticed quite a bit of sound carrying through the building during the evening. It wasn't a dealbreaker for me, but it was definitely noticeable and could be more bothersome for someone who is sensitive to noise. What truly impressed me, though, was the customer service. During my stay, the staff reached out to check on how things were going, and I shared the same feedback I've mentioned here. When I tell you they went above and beyond to address my concerns, I mean it. Not only were they incredibly kind, but they responded quickly and genuinely seemed invested in making my stay better. Honestly, that level of service is what won me over. I spent some time relaxing by the lake afterward, enjoying the view, and it turned into one of the most peaceful parts of my trip. While I didn't have a chance to eat on-site, I did enjoy a few drinks, and they were quite tasty. Overall, this is a beautiful property with a great location, comfortable rooms, and some of the best customer service I've experienced at a hotel. A few adjustments to noise management would make it even better, but the staff's commitment to guest satisfaction left a lasting impression on me.
