Henry, of This Side Up Moving, was very diligent in keeping me up-dated on the progress of the move. I observed Antonio and Jerome as they quickly and with care loaded the furniture to be moved. My children reported the unload in each of their residences progressed with the same care and efficiency. Then they gave me a quote. I scheduled a date and time for the move. The guys showed up with a big truck on the day of the move. They were friendly and assured me that the items will be loaded and moved safely. They handled the statues with care and carried them to the backyard and placed them where I wanted. The whole process was smooth and the movers were genuinely willing to help. Their moving costs were pretty reasonable. I am glad that I found reliable help with my moving needs. (It's killing me, but I'm keeping my snarkiness to myself though I will offer that he's 60). Since he has never done anything for himself, I researched and hired the movers for him. The prices for most of the movers that I contacted were pretty similar. What set Moving Hearts apart was that they are veteran owned. On moving day, one of the movers was on time, the other was quite a bit late, but true their word, they didn't charge until both were on the job. Some started charging the moment the truck left their facility. While we had already moved what we could fit into our van, for a two bedroom house, there was still quite a bit of stuff. The movers didn't anticipate the amount and they really should have sent a bigger truck. The move was local - 3.5 miles - one end of Old Monrovia Road to the other. It still took 2 1/2 hours, though some of the time was trying to fit everything into the too small truck. It was hot yet the movers didn't take a break - they worked their butts off. There was absolutely no damage on either end of the move - I've never experienced that, even with the most careful movers. They did a fantastic job. I would hire Moving Hearts again in a heartbeat.

I was assured they would make it back out before the end of that day to assess the mishap. 5 days pass. I reach back out and was then told they would make it that day, but wasn't sure of a time frame. The door remained leaned up against the fame as they left it. I was never contacted again from the company, and ended up having to do it myself. I only leave honest reviews. Being a business owner, myself, reviews are a very big piece of the pie when it comes to growing and maintaining a solid foundation for your company.

We scheduled him later to move our furniture from Texas to Huntsville. The next day, his team showed up on time and completed the move quick, efficient, and without a single break or tear. The team were incredible.
