I had to cancel an appointment. I was told NO PROBLEM.CALL TO RESCHEDULE. I Was immediately billed for the full visit of $125.00 I had been a repeat customer and planned to continue. I was not aware that you can only cancel in WRITING with a 30 day notice. Had I been told that when I make appointments you are not able to cancel. I would have gone some where else. Preface: my friend and I came during their time of adjusting to move to another location. Still, unfortunate. The whole experience was just underwhelming. We both have never been and I guess our expectation was that of a finished and insulated room. Ie the room was cheaply made with fake painted palm trees, Really cheap twinkling sparkling ceiling lights, not too much privacy, and uncomfortable chairs. Also no where in the description does it say that you can bring your own blanket or about getting heat pads. Both of our opinions: close down now instead of half a** your job. Started off slow but I do not want to dwell on the negative. The Salt room was very relaxing I actually had salty lips in the end. After the salt room we had the Ionic Foot detox Bath, of course very sceptical until I saw the clear water turn dark green meaning I need to drink more and not just alcohol hahaha. Welcoming and clean therapeutic service. They sell various salt products from soaps to salt lamps. I got a massage by Ryan and actually think he changed my life. I had a stressful morning meeting and was super tense. Halfway through the massage and I felt like a bowl of spaghetti. I'm only visiting the area but if I lived here I would be a regular. I made an appointment to sit in their sauna tomorrow so I will update this review. The owners are nice, pleasant, and very knowledgeable about their products & services. This place is amazing. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I forget the girls name who did my treatment but she was so nice and very easy going. Very clean and relaxing. They have all kinds of massages and salt therapy. As well as facials. I ended up getting chrnotherpy. Excuse my spelling lol. I'm very fit but about 108 lbs but struggle with outter thighs that don't go away besides all my exercise and healthy diet. This freezes the fat. Feels very nice like a massage. I tried my hips today and will go back in 15 days to do my outter thighs. I went from 33 inch hips to 32 in one session. This really works. Just remember no sugar and carbs 2 hrs after and plenty of water. I have a healthy diet anyways. This lasts for 15 days and you will see more results as it goes on. No discomfort at all. I can't wait to come back again and do my thighs as well as get a massage and go in the sea salt room for my eczema. Would definetly reccomend this place. Today was the least relaxing 45 minutes I've ever had to endure. This experience left a lot to be desired. The massage chairs are so loud you can't hear the tranquil music that is pumped into the room. There was another couple at the other end of the room. Their phones rang, they were talking, and looking at their phones with the bright lights. Finally, they stopped talking then the man began snoring like a freight train! I just wanted out! To improve this situation, you should provide noise canceling headphones. When I mentioned to the front desk clerk how loud the chairs were and that the music shoukd be turned up because it was not relaxing at all. She never even responded. My suggestion, take a tour, try a chair, etc. I realize the clerk had no control over the behavior but she shoukd atleast mention, no cell phones, no talking, etc. I will not go back. I booked an appointment for my husband's birthday so we sat in Salt room for 45 min then sat in broken down chairs in a hallway for a foot detox(feet in tub of cold water) for 20 min. All while employees walked back and forth working (not relaxing experience). Husband was taken for 60 min massage(which was only good part of this session). We came home to read about accuracy of the foot bath - we were told about why the water turned a murky brown and all the toxins we released!! This is a FARCE-totally fake!!
