I asked her to double check it and she omitted a 0 on a form. What I didn't tell her is, the same thing happened last year. Be aware of what your refund was last year if you can. If nothing has changed, don't hesitate asking if an amount sounds wrong.

He apologized for my troubles and was more than willing to take me in the same day. At that point I had to make a decision: do I keep trying my old place or try a new location? Since I already had my W2s and he had time for me, I went ahead and made the switch. Upon walking in to the Rock Hill location, i noticed how pristine it was and was instantly impressed. As we were going through my w2, he took the time to throughly explain each section as well as give me the proper info regarding my stimulus.
