I loved the option of repairing vs. reupholstering.... cost-effective and way less hassle than other services because they are mobile! For awkward professional furniture such as my electric table, dentist chairs, and movie theatre seats, mobile is the only practical option. How many businesses allow their upholstery to be in disrepair? It's not a very professional look. They also do repairs for autos including camper vans and RV's, leather sofas, and if you have any other material that needs to be fixed you can ask. The owner does a lot of the work herself. She's smart, resourceful, and cares about doing a good job for a fair price. And she has a sense of humor.

However, through research and trying new sofas that offer higher seating, I decided it would be best to go with an option where I would sit higher, making it easier to stand back up after sitting for a while - that's not as easy as it used to be at my age now. I had 2 bar stools that they did a nice job on. I had 2 banquet cushions that needed reupholstered and they did a bad job. There were buckles throughout. I returned them and was promised that they guarantee their work and would fix it. When I went to pick up the cushions it was actually worse. Buckles still there and a crease down the middle of both that wasn't there the first time. The daughter said to send pictures. I sent them and never heard back from her. I would have hoped for a return call and an apology or some type of credit but there was nothing. I don't recommend this small shop.
