Being stubborn and with no experience made several attempts to fix the issue myself without success. Andrews came out within 30 min of my call and had the problem fixed within another 30 min. The gentleman that came out was very polite and knowledgeable and did a great job explaining what was wrong and how he was going to fix the problem.
