The owner replied, "We do not discriminate." That response wasn't just dismissive--it was offensive. Offering a military discount isn't discrimination. It's a sign of respect for the men and women who've risked--and in many cases, given--their lives for this country. Equating gratitude with discrimination shows a serious lack of awareness, and quite frankly, a lack of respect. What made it even more disappointing is that this store is located in a community where many military families live. These are the parents, spouses, and children who support service members from the home front--often enduring long deployments, uncertainty, and sacrifice themselves. To respond that way in a place so connected to the military is not just tone-deaf--it's disrespectful to the very backbone of this community. If I could give zero stars, I would. This business doesn't deserve even one for the way it treats the very people who make it possible for all of us to live and work freely. Of course, every business has the right to decide its own policies--but customers have the right to support businesses that reflect their values. I won't be returning here, and I hope others who understand the true meaning of service, honor, and sacrifice will choose to spend their money elsewhere.

They had a huge selection which we loved however the staff were rude and ill-informed about the products they were selling. When we arrived one of the sales person was moping it was approximately two hours after opening. When we returned we confirmed the price of the item in question however when that same staff member kept insisting the item included only a jacket and not pants. My mom kept insisting for her to look more closely at the pants inside the package but continued to deny their were pants to the outfit stating this outfit didn't come with any pants until my mom physically removed the pants from the package. The outfit was a perfect fit and style so we bought it anyway despite how we were treated and was never offered an apology or even accountability that that staff was wrong. If you do shop here just be ready to match energy with that staff because they shouldn't be treating people that way. I read some of the reviews and it looks like it's a common theme and others have had the same experience.
