I have a client who gives me a Ruths Chris gift certificate every Christmas, so I am pretty familiar with their menu. It's a good meal. Honestly, they use so much butter I feel I taste more butter than beef. AJ's grass fed beef tastes like beef. I had about 3 ounces leftover and sliced it, warmed it just a bit and had it with a spinach salad today. So good.
