I cannot think of any reason to do that other than increasing the weight. I had to use a paper towel and dry off every piece as I took it out of the package. See the pictures below. The place is a bit small in the customer area, but for what they have, and what they do, they are GREAT! The two ladies I've spoken with were very friendly without being intrusive.
