Tom has the best meats! He and his employees always greet you with a warm hello, a smile, and a little conversation. Tom's is a small, unassuming cinder block building, but don't let it fool you. His steaks, ground meat, breakfast sausage, and pork chops are fantastic. He cuts and grinds meat to order. I went in 15 minutes before closing and asked for ground pork. Tom's is about the only place around any more that sells PRIME meat. The other markets, grocery stores in the area have gone to CHOICE grade, SELECT grade or even COMMERCIAL grade.
