Good florist in Strongsville on Pearl just south of Royalton Road (82). I've had them put together flowers for several occasions. The shop is one of the local handlers for FTD. Aside from being artistic, staff are quick, friendly and open to suggestions. Prices are good (though not inexpensive) and recipients have been happy. read more

First of all way too pricey, you can get the same thing at a different florist for half the price so I had to settle on two roses when I could've just gone to the one I usually go to and gotten a dozen roses for the exact same price. Second, they were cut very uneven and started dying shortly after. Third they didn't give me any plant food for it and at other ones they always do. Idk if you have to buy it there but the whole thing was just very disappointing. read more

I can't recommend Louise and Hirt's Flowers enough -- they delivered beautifully for my wedding this summer! Upfront, Louise was so helpful in helping me translate my overall vision for the look of my wedding into actual flower choices -- when I know nothing about flowers. She made great suggestions, keeping my budget in mind, and the results were beautiful, rustic bouquets and bouts that were so unique and perfect for our enchanted forest theme. I received so many compliments on them! Hirt's also created and delivered the garland for my ceremony arch, made of greenery and baby's breath, and provided baby's breath for ceremony decor. Louise had them make the garland in pieces -- hanging it for us, which was such a help! -- so that we could easily take it down and repurpose it across our head tables, a great way to get our money's worth! 10/10, thank you so much for making our day look BEAUTIFUL! read more

My daughter is going to prom tonight I decided at the last minute to order a corsage for her. I called at 9 AM this morning as the florist opened up, I asked if they would be able to make a corsage before early evening. I was told that I could order one just as long as I can after 3 PM. As I couldn't get there any earlier than four I had read as this was an OK deal. I had asked for a white corsage with red trimmings to go along with my daughters red dress for prom. When I picked it up I have a red corsage with white highlights. Don't trust these people with your floral needs. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been ordering flowers for my grandmother from my dead grandfather for the past two and a half years. Every holiday, anniversary and birthday when I call I leave very specific instructions to NOT reveal who the buyer of the flowers are but instead leave a sweet note from my grandfather to my grandmother. I repeat the instructions every time I call and have them note this in their computer. Well today, my grandmother called to ask a random question and while she was on the phone asked who the buyer of the flowers was. Well they told her. Well then I called to express my frustration and disappointment and they could care less. So thanks Hirt's for making this tradition now as dead as my grandfather. Appreciate it. read more
