However, we felt the arrangement fell short for the large amount of money paid. When we called to share our disappointment, she said that if we had spent $50 more, it would have been bigger. Really?? I also questioned why everyone was being charged $16+ for delivery when several arrangements were going to the same location. She said the distance between the two locations was 40 minutes. Not true. I'm familiar with the area & even Google says it's 15 minutes not 40 minutes. She could have cared less about our concerns. For many, many years, I have used this shop between the different owners. I will never use this shop again nor recommend them.

The flowers that arrived did not look anything like the photo, and the flower quality is sad and wilted. I would understand if the flowers were fresh, and the arrangement not exactly like the photo. But to not look like the online photo and have bad-quality flowers. that says a lot. Compare the photo online, and what was delivered. If you would like flowers delivered, go anywhere else.

I should also note that I ordered a week in advance so timing should not have been a factor. The arrangement that was delivered was nowhere near the picture on the website! I understand that there are going to be slight variations, but the arrangement really does look like something a child would put together. I am very disappointed and will never use this business again.
