This company came out within a few weeks and followed up in between to schedule the appointment. Basically, our down spout was repaired and cleared. They were definitely worth the price - we haven't had the issue again and our yard doesn't flood with water. It delayed or maybe saved us from a potentially bigger repair (retention wall) We are pleased with their quality of work and professionalism.

The roofing workers was with a 3rd party contracting company. They did a great job. After the work was complete, I paid the balance of 6,500K. I didn't realize until a couple of days later I over paid MRN Contracting by $500. I reached out to them and ask for a refund of the over-payment. I was told by the sales associate and his partner a refund was on the way. After several attempts to notify them I never received my refund, the phone number was disconnected. However, the roofing material company was not paid. I received a certified letter in the mail, and within 7 days another letter via Fed Ex from an attorney's office suing me for the roofing materials I already paid for to MRN Contracting. After several attempts to notify MRN Contracting of this mistake, no one has reached out to me or take the responsibility and resolve this huge mistake. A "claim of lien" has been placed on my property. The roofing company has not been paid for their materials. Thief is a crime!!! The customer should not be punished for their criminal and irresponsible business practices' .
