They understood that this is a big decision and really helped us visualize what will look and feel the best. My wife and I have been using His Concepts Sprinklers for a few years now for our sprinkler start-up and blowouts. Mitch has always been easy to get a hold off and is very good at communicating. Even during his busy times, we are able to get scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. Price-wise, it can be on the more expensive side of sprinkler start up / blowouts, but Mitch is VERY THOROUGH with his work. He was at our home for a good 30-45 minutes yesterday, going through every zone and making sure everything was working as it should. We needed a few sprinkler heads and drips replaced. I'm glad he takes the time to inspect everything, instead of simply turning on the water and going about his business. We will continue to have Mitch service or home in the future! read more

No showed twice and then gave the excuse our grass was wet, except, they didn't show, and the grass wasn't wet. Told me they'd come later in the week since they missed my day, they didn't. Then they failed to come on my scheduled day the following week. I got bills for weeks they never showed. I emailed them to terminate service and they couldn't even be bothered to email me back, try to keep my business, apologize, or act like an actual business. Never, would I ever use them or recommend them.
