I had the misfortune of Rachel representing me for a child abandonment case in Fulton Co. She is so…read morerude and unprofessional on every level. She requested I call her and when I did she talked over and refused to allow me to answer the question she'd asked me. I asked that she stop interrupting me several times before she HUNG UP ON ME. She then told the judge, I was difficult to talk to and that I wanted to represent myself. My case was dismissed due to lack and poor legal representation. And to add insult to injury accordingly to the Dekalb Lawyers Association, she has a niche in Father's Rights which in my opinion is a complete conflict of interest and explains why she was so hostile to me for no apparent reason. This wasn't my first encounter with her, I took the same action back In 2018. She was rude then and told the Non custodial parents they could pay $1, the bare minimum and that would suffice. I was shocked and outraged that she'd state this in open court when she was representing Custodial parents fighting for financial support for their children. I'm not sure if she took her meds during both of my unpleasant experiences with her but she definitely has some mental health issues that she should definitely seek help for. Read her responses to other people's reviews. Not the response of a professional. Perhaps since she doesn't have children of her own, it makes her insensitive and Unempathetic to these kinds of matters. If you have a complaint against her or witnessed her unethical behavior, I'd implore you to make a formal complaint with State Bar of GA, The Consumer Assistance Program, GA DEPARTMENT OF LAW'S CONSUMER PROTECTION, and OFFICE OF THE NSW LEGAL SERVICES COMMISSIONER OF GA to avoid anyone else from having this kind of encounter with her. Her behavior and demeanor is rude, arrogant, and egregious.

Upon actually moving forward with the bankruptcy was totally different. After paying the initial paymen, I never heard anything back. O called and left a message that no one responded to I just received an email a few days after leaving a voicemail. After scheduling another call just to talk to someone Lorena then discovered that I was waiting for her to do her part in moving forward as she already spoke with me. From that call Lorena said that she would email what she needed then file my case. That never happened. After emailing again to see what the process was I received an email back from someone saying they were helping Lorena and then asked me to answer 10 questions that they included for me to answer. Several of these questions were already answered and caused me concern. I then requested to be contacted by phone only because this was suspicious. minutes later in the quickest response time eve, they stated that they cannot contact me by phone as requested and was refusing me service. Like WOW! They just saved me from a horrible nightmare and I hope this helps anyone else considering them.
