The store itself has had many up's and down's over the years, unfortunately, this is a down period and it always goes back to deliveries. I'm trying to run an auto repair business and prompt deliveries are key to my success. Once I place my order, I should not have to make repeated calls to the store to see where it is, or try to explain to my customer why simple jobs take hours, (which cost me $$$$$), to complete. After receiving quotes (3) from other shops 2 for $100.00 and 1 quote for $300.00 for a 5 minute install of a Drone module upgrade Jeff quoted $40.00 and the work was totally TOP SHELF! Plan on having my 2009 G ceramic coated after we get it repainted. Final note: Not sure what the other two reviewers were talking about... poor service because I found Jeff to be very personable, knowledgeable and the entire job was very professional.
