That saved us about 2K based on pricing from Solar companies that do the same work. There were a couple of issues we noticed after the initial roof repair was completed. We talked to our site manager, Mahkobi, and he looked over the areas of concern and got those fixed. The drywall repair was exceptional and there were no issues whatsoever. Even though we had to address some of the roofing issues, I felt the office and site manager kept us in the loop, listened to our concerns and addressed the issues to our satisfaction. When they bid the work, I found the price reasonable and inline with market expectations. When Shadrach arrived, he immediately went to work. While here, he highlighted an additional piece. I completely agreed with the additional piece and asked for the work to be done. When I received the invoice, I worked with Steven, the field supervisor, in a very amicable manner. Simply put, they know what they are doing and they are very fair and honest. If I ever need electrical work again, I will certainly call T&K Electric. I must also point out I had to ask T&K to return. After the roofing and the electrical work, summer arrived. My air conditioning did not function. T&K returned as if it was simply expected. Steven conducted the inspection. He reported his findings and said he went as far as an electrician could go. When the HVAC company arrived, the HVAC technician showed me the defective part and stated clearly why the part failed. Meaning the issue was solely a result of HVAC normal wear and tear. I found working with T&K Electrical very comforting. Even when the issue didn't involve them, they were very willing to investigate. During the purchasing process of our new home in Mesa, the basic property inspection revealed the…read moretile underlayment was original to the house and probably in need of replacement. It was recommended by our realtor to have a complete roof inspection, and he recommended State 48 roofing. Specifically our realtor has worked with Juan and promised we would be pleased with their work and service. Juan arrived at the agreed upon time and did a thorough inspection. He removed tiles in several suspect areas and took videos showing the weathered underlayment, decaying battens, and actual current and potential leak areas. He then provided a quote to repair the damage and/ or in our case, replace the entire underlayment and re-lay the existing tiles. We were presented 3 choices of underlayment quality with varying warranty periods. We were able to agree on a competitive price for the top quality 30 year underlayment and they were able to schedule the work in a timeframe that worked for our schedule. They arrived on the scheduled day, and completed the job in 3 days as promised. The roofing replacement job is huge amount of work. It is very noisy and very messy. Each of the 3 days the crew cleaned up the site completely at days end. When the job was completed, the final cleanup was better than I expected. We are extremely pleased with the new roof. It looks great, was completed on time and at the agreed price. Only time will determine if it is indeed leak free, but having watched the job progress, I am confident it was done properly and will provide many years of service.
