I first spoke with Jeremy on March 29th and he completely understood the urgency of replacement. We are Selling our home beginning May 29th and we wanted everything to be Perfect ! He wasted no time in quoting a price for the size we needed, and once we Agreed he came to our home within days and was taking specific measurements. He brought quite a few sample colors to choose from and we quickly picked out an appropriate replacement. He removed our existing awning to take to his manufacturer so that they could copy the pattern and grommet locations. Well, here it is, March 25th and It's Done !!! His crew, Mikey and Laz were first to arrive at our home, then Jeremy himself ! The three of them got right to work and with patience and precision, our Awning is DONE ! I must say that my husband and I are More than Pleased with this company. Grady and David came out to my home to take measurements and provide a quote for outdoor shade screens and indoor motorized shades. We have a new build home that was pre-wired for motorized shades. They checked all of the outlets and confirmed they were working. Once the patio was completed, they came out and re-measured for the screens. They installed the screens and shades in one day! We had them do all of the interior shades, with the primary bedroom shades motorized. They provided the equipment and electronics necessary to operate the shades using a remote or an app on my phone. I asked them to provide a quote for custom window coverings in the great room and suggested they look at the model home for an idea of what I wanted. They ordered custom rods to span over 12 feet. I selected a sheer fabric for the curtains, which were custom made. Once everything was ready, David and his installer came out and put them in. What an amazing difference those curtains made in the look of our great room!
