Amazing Company with an Amazing Owner, Jeremy Powell. I called Jeremy in a Panic after our Existing Awning finally met it's match when we had a recent hail storm !! I first spoke with Jeremy on March 29th and he completely understood the urgency of replacement. We are Selling our home beginning May 29th and we wanted everything to be Perfect ! He wasted no time in quoting a price for the size we needed, and once we Agreed he came to our home within days and was taking specific measurements. He brought quite a few sample colors to choose from and we quickly picked out an appropriate replacement. He removed our existing awning to take to his manufacturer so that they could copy the pattern and grommet locations. Well, here it is, March 25th and It's Done !!! His crew, Mikey and Laz were first to arrive at our home, then Jeremy himself ! The three of them got right to work and with patience and precision, our Awning is DONE ! I must say that my husband and I are More than Pleased with this company. If you're looking for five star customer service then this is the company to choose. My wife and I had three small windows above our master bed that faced east with no window coverings, which allowed sunlight to blast in very early in the morning. We chose this company from a Google search and I'm very glad we did. it was a quality experience from beginning to end. Jeremy came out as scheduled and on time... he offered suggestions, took measurements, and helped us choose the paint color to match the other shutters in the room. Being custom built, they took about a month to come in but he kept us updated on their progress the whole time. He then came over and did a perfect install and cleaned up like he was never even there. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. it looks great.
