Thought I could do better if I shopped around. BIG mistake. They gave me this whole spiel about how they don't use premixed chemicals, and they tailor their treatments for your yards, what a bunch of bullshit. They destroyed my Saint Augustine. If you look at the close-up pictures you can see that the Saint Augustine itself is burnt and speckled with brown. And parts of it has started to die. There is no way that they mix for the yard, the guy wasn't even here that long. It made me very suspicious.... There are large patches of brown burnt Saint Augustine grass everywhere now. These are not weeds this is Saint Augustine grass. They were SOO EXPENSIVE too!!! Total rip off!! UPDATE UPDATE: after I fired them, I was extremely clear that they were fired obviously. They proceeded to come onto my property without permission and treat my lawn again, while I was out of town, and had the audacity to leave a bill. This company is so problematic. Don't hire them!! UPDATE: As well Hannan Environmental is is in cahoots with Royal Green. I got a text message from them saying that they would not service me because they know the owners... Absolutely terrible customer service.

Here is am texting, thinking I am speaking with Tim and when I finally get a response it's his daughter. I am very angry and feel deceived. This is not a good business practice at all. I should have been notified immediately of Tim's passing by any means possible. A phone call, a letter an email. I got nothing!! My properties were NOT being taken care of properly at ALL!! To me it was a big job cutting grass, weeding the front and sides of the house, cutting and trimming trees, and even removing some random little trees, I knew it was going to be a decent amount, but he talked me through budget and was even willing to do it in phases so I could get the project started while I saved the rest. I don't know if they normally do that but I seriously can't tell you how much it helped me and how deeply I appreciated it. He even did some edging for me cause it was so bad. Corey came out right away, and gave us a free estimate. Professional, to the point, and he is a man you can tell enjoys his job. He worked out a great new landscape for the home. We walked around the home he talked about his ideas and he listened to our input. He notice trouble spots with water drainage and with plants, and took care of the problems. We have a gorgeous front and back yard thanks to Corey and his team. They showed up early, and had it all together in no time. I can't recommend them enough! You wont regret it.
