They have been not only professional but also courteous with a fast response time to any issues we might have. Although, we have rarely had to call them back out to respray for bugs; they seem to get it right every time with the quarterly trips out to spray either inside or out. I called choice pest management because I had a bad fire ant problem in my yard and i have 3 young children. I can honestly say I have not had any problems with fire ants at all anymore and my grass is super green, We have the greenest lawn on the block. We also use them for indoor pest control to as well because we had a sugar ant problem. They came out treated the house came back once a week until the problem was gone.. 3 years ago we use to have silver fish in my closet, baby lizards in window seals, and small to medium bugs in bedroom to kitchen. Moving from NJ to Stuart, Florida was not a joyful experience due to insects crowling in the house. I hate insects, after calling few vendors, Choice pest gave me the best economical deal. I thought I will try them for a while and if they are not good I will go to higher price vendor. I am so glad, I chose them. I am free from any type of insects or bugs. They are very professional, courtious, and friendly technicians. I never have to remind them, they schedule quarterly visit on their own. After they are done they send me the email with full description and disclose quantity, chemicals and their usefulness and any small details that is done during each treatment. Once I had 4 bugs in my house I called them, and they did that unschedule treatment without charging me a penny. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. We started using Choice Pest Management at our Port Saint Lucie home in 1999 for our lawn fertilizing and pest control. We had an annual contract and never had any issues with service or results. Even if a problem required more than one visit, they were always there whenever I called. Complete strangers would walk by our house and compliment us on our beautiful lawn, saying it was the nicest one on the street. Even after selling our house and downsizing to a condo, we kept their service. We have pest control included in our HOA fee, but prefer the personal service we get from Dale and Tom. read more
