Hired them to do our Arica palms and lawn. I have multiple complaints for the 3 months they were…read moresupposed to do our lawn, but I'll focus on the main one. They removed the large ones, which was understood that it would leave things looking bare in areas which was completely understood, but they left our trees that were still there, trampled over, half dead and still overgrown looking. On multiple calls and texts for 5 weeks after they cut down the trees, Tim kept saying his guys would come back to clean up or he'd come by with a trailer to clean it up. Upon discontinuing services, when I listed the reasons why I was dissatisfied, he told me that cleaning up the trees and making it look nice was never part of the amount he quoted me! Absolutely ridiculous that I would pay someone to make my lawn look worse than it originally looked! When we first did the walk through on my yard he gave us a price for the three things we asked him to do and we immediately hired him. When he came to do the three things, he only did one and said he didn't know about the other two, so we said fine, how much do you want for that? And we agreed even with an increased price..3 months later and he never came back to do the other two things. His son in law rides the mower like a drunk baby, my lawn is dead and my edges and weeds are overgrown because they're too lazy to do any actual work. I would give zero stars if I could, but if you do hire them, make sure to get everything in writing!!!

I don't know if they normally do that but I seriously can't tell you how much it helped me and how deeply I appreciated it. He even did some edging for me cause it was so bad. I was referred by a friend to Choice Pest Control. They came out very quick for my initial assessment. Gillian was my Tech, she was so thorough and explained in detail all of my options. I was able to make an informed decision on what package was best for our needs. There was no pressure at all to do anything. I was reassured they would always be here for me! Well - turned out I had ghost ants - and Gillian rectified it and even followed up. I also ran into a small issue with a shipment that was delivered to me with cockroaches in it and I called Gillian in a panic and she said "I'll be out there tomorrow so dont worry !" I've been dealing with this company for a month and I do not think our problem has been solved. We have rats that enjoy our decking more than we do. We're told it is the vacant lots around us, but I'm not buying it. Our yard is completely fenced in and it's a two story deck. Every morning I can find scat right at the sliding doors to our home! No improvement. Shouldn't have pre paid and I will be using hullett !! I know they will care about this hazard that I'm dealing with. read more

The previous pest company was expensive and ineffective, but Travis came in and that was the end of them for us. We later noted ants in the kitchen area and Travis responded with a treatment plan that has kept them at bay ever since. Obviously, pest management is not a once and done deal. With regular service calls scheduled for the outside of the house, the Travis technician keeps them out. The past few days, after large amounts of heavy rain, we started noticing a few acrobat ants in in kitchen and foyer and bathroom. One call to Travis and our technician Will (who regularly services our house) was at the door IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES ready to get them out. He completed the assessment and treatment quickly on the inside and resprayed the outside of the house, as well. I am very pleased with their service and their commitment to serving the customer. You can tell this is a family run company that takes pride in their work! It has made living in Florida quite comfortable. Thank you Travis!

Last appointment appointment they were supposed to be here between 11am and 2 pm and finally showed up at 4:30. The appointment before that they were over an hour late. Today they were supposed to be here before 11 o'clock and after I called (10:45) they told me they are running behind and are unable to give me an estimate as to what time they will arrive. This is totally unacceptable. Maybe others have nothing to do and can you get the stick around for them to show up whenever they feel like it.

We used Reynolds in 2012 for termite protection -- they apparently no longer do the Termidor treatment -- and at that time I was very impressed with the thoroughness of this labor-intensive installation of termite control.
